Eco-friendly Mortar Composition for Floor and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides an eco-friendly high-strength mortar composition and a constructing method thereof. The eco-friendly high-strength mortar composition comprises: 5 to 30 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 5 to 20 parts by weight of charcoal powder; 1 to 10 parts by weight of natural cellulose fiber; 1 to 10 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 5 to 30 parts by weight of methacaolin; 10 to 60 parts by weight of blast furnace slag fine powder; 10 to 60 parts by weight of fly ash; 1 to 20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 3 to 15 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1 to 10 parts by weight of an anti-deformation agent; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a water reducing agent based on 100 parts by weight of cement. The eco-friendly high-strength mortar composition according to the present invention improves a work environment, reduces environmental pollution, and includes high-strength which is equal to or greater than a conventional mortar composition.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유 1 내지 10중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트의 1 내지 10중량부; 메타카올린 5 내지 30중량부; 고로슬래그 미분말 10 내지 60중량부; 플라이애시 10 내지 60중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 1 내지 20중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 변형방지제 1 내지 10중량부; 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 및 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 친환경 고강도 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 고강도 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 모르타르 조성물과 대등하거나 그 이상의 고강도를 갖도록 하는 효과가 있다.
