본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 천연 셀룰로오스 섬유 1 내지 10중량부; 옥틸트리에톡시실란 1 내지 5중량부; 메타카올린 5 내지 30중량부; 고로슬래그 미분말 10 내지 60중량부; 플라이애시 10 내지 60중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 1 내지 20중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 및 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 친환경 바닥용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 바닥용 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 모르타르 조성물과 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖도록 하는 효과가 있다.
