The present invention provides a reinforcing bar binding member using a shape memory alloy, capable of binding a cross unit of a reinforcing bar by using the shape memory alloy changed in a ring shape at a predetermined temperature or greater. According to an aspect of the present invention, the reinforcing bar binding member using the shape memory alloy includes a binding member formed of the shape memory alloy changed in the ring shape in an austenite phase to bind the reinforced bar. The binding member may be a U- shape or the ring shape in which both ends cross in a martensite phase.
