DRAIN TRAP FOR PREVENTING BAD SMELL BACKFLOW
The present invention relates to a drain trap for preventing the backflow of bad odor and, specifically, to a drain trap for preventing the backflow of bad odor, capable of separating and connecting a bad odor backflow prevention unit formed in the drain trap for preventing the backflow of bad odor, as necessary. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the drain trap for preventing the backflow of the bad odor comprises: a main body casing comprising an inlet unit, a discharge unit, a connection unit having an insertion groove in the lower part, and the bad odor backflow prevention unit formed in order for an upper end to be formed on the upper side than the inlet unit; a drainpipe transferring water discharged from the main body casing to a sewer; a lower joint fixing the discharge unit of the main body casing and the upper end of the drainpipe; a cover covering an upper end of the main body casing; and an upper joint fixing the upper end of the main body casing and the cover. According to the present invention, the drain trap for preventing the backflow of bad odor can connect and separate the bad odor backflow prevention unit formed in the drain trap for preventing the backflow of the bad odor as necessary. So, the drain trap for preventing the backflow of the bad odor can prevent blockage therein and can be easily maintained.
본 발명은 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 형성되어 있는 악취역류방지부를 필요에 따라 결합 분리 가능하도록 구현한 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 관한 것이다.상기와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 의한 악취역류방지 배수트랩은,상기와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 악취역류방지 배수트랩은,내부공간부를 갖는 관 형상으로 이루어지며, 측면에는 상기 내부공간부로 물이 유입되는 유입부가 형성되고, 하부에는 내부공간부로 유입된 물을 외부로 배출하는 배출부가 형성되며, 상기 배출부에는 내주면 둘레를 따라 돌출 형성되면서 하부에 끼움홈을 갖는 결합부가 형성되고, 상기 결합부의 상부에는 상방 형성되며 내부 유로를 갖는 관 형상으로 이루어지고 내부공간부의 내주면에서 일정 간격 이격 형성되면서 상단부가 상기 유입부보다 상측에 위치하도록 형성된 악취역류방지부로 이루어진 본체케이싱;상기 본체케이싱의 결합부 끼움홈에 상단부가 삽입되며 본체케이싱에서 배출된 물을 하수관으로 이송하는 배수파이프;상기 본체케이싱의 배출부와 상기 배수파이프의 상단부를 상호 고정하는 하부조인트;상기 본체케이싱의 상단부를 덮는 커버;상기 본체케이싱의 상단부와 커버를 상호 고정하는 상부조인트;로 구성되며,상기 본체케이싱의 결합부와 악취역류방지부는 별도로 분리 형성되고, 악취역류방지부는 고정수단에 의해 결합부와 연통 되면서 결합 분리 가능하도록 구성된 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 있어서,상기 악취역류방지부는,본체케이싱의 내부공간부 내주면에서 일정 간격 이격 배치된 관 형상의 상부바디, 상단부는 상기 상부바디의 하부와 일체로 연결되고 하단부는 상기 본체케이싱의 결합부 상면에 안착 되도록 형성된 하부바디, 상기 하부바디의 바닥면에 요입 형성되어 패킹이 끼워지는 삽입홈으로 구성되며,상기 고정수단은,상기 본체케이싱의 내주면에서 돌출 형성된 복수 개의 단턱부와 상기 악취역류방지부의 하부바디 외주면 둘레를 따라 상방 돌출 형성되어 상기 단턱부의 하부에 걸리게 되는 대응단턱부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.이와 같은 구성에 의하면,본 발명에 의한 악취역류방지 배수트랩은,악취역류방지 배수트랩에 형성되어 있는 악취역류방지부를 필요에 따라 결합 분리 가능하도록 구현함으로써, 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 막힘현상이 발생하는 것을 방지하고, 관리가 용이한 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 형성되어 있는 악취역류방지부를 필요에 따라 결합 분리 가능하도록 구현한 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 관한 것이다.상기와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 의한 악취역류방지 배수트랩은,상기와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 악취역류방지 배수트랩은,내부공간부를 갖는 관 형상으로 이루어지며, 측면에는 상기 내부공간부로 물이 유입되는 유입부가 형성되고, 하부에는 내부공간부로 유입된 물을 외부로 배출하는 배출부가 형성되며, 상기 배출부에는 내주면 둘레를 따라 돌출 형성되면서 하부에 끼움홈을 갖는 결합부가 형성되고, 상기 결합부의 상부에는 상방 형성되며 내부 유로를 갖는 관 형상으로 이루어지고 내부공간부의 내주면에서 일정 간격 이격 형성되면서 상단부가 상기 유입부보다 상측에 위치하도록 형성된 악취역류방지부로 이루어진 본체케이싱;상기 본체케이싱의 결합부 끼움홈에 상단부가 삽입되며 본체케이싱에서 배출된 물을 하수관으로 이송하는 배수파이프;상기 본체케이싱의 배출부와 상기 배수파이프의 상단부를 상호 고정하는 하부조인트;상기 본체케이싱의 상단부를 덮는 커버;상기 본체케이싱의 상단부와 커버를 상호 고정하는 상부조인트;로 구성되며,상기 본체케이싱의 결합부와 악취역류방지부는 별도로 분리 형성되고, 악취역류방지부는 고정수단에 의해 결합부와 연통 되면서 결합 분리 가능하도록 구성된 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 있어서,상기 악취역류방지부는,본체케이싱의 내부공간부 내주면에서 일정 간격 이격 배치된 관 형상의 상부바디, 상단부는 상기 상부바디의 하부와 일체로 연결되고 하단부는 상기 본체케이싱의 결합부 상면에 안착 되도록 형성된 하부바디, 상기 하부바디의 바닥면에 요입 형성되어 패킹이 끼워지는 삽입홈으로 구성되며,상기 고정수단은,상기 본체케이싱의 내주면에서 돌출 형성된 복수 개의 단턱부와 상기 악취역류방지부의 하부바디 외주면 둘레를 따라 상방 돌출 형성되어 상기 단턱부의 하부에 걸리게 되는 대응단턱부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.이와 같은 구성에 의하면,본 발명에 의한 악취역류방지 배수트랩은,악취역류방지 배수트랩에 형성되어 있는 악취역류방지부를 필요에 따라 결합 분리 가능하도록 구현함으로써, 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 막힘현상이 발생하는 것을 방지하고, 관리가 용이한 효과가 있다.
