DRAIN TRAP FOR PREVENTING BAD SMELL BACKFLOW
The present invention relates to a drain trap for preventing odor backflow, which has an odor backflow prevention unit formed on the drain trap for preventing the odor backflow to be detachable as needed, comprising: a pipe-shaped main body casing having an inflow unit formed on a side surface or an upper surface, wherein water is introduced into the inside through the inflow unit, and having a discharge unit formed on a lower side, wherein the introduced water is discharged to the outside through the discharge unit; a settlement unit (142) formed by protruding along the circumference of the inner circumferential surface of the discharge unit of the main body casing; and an odor backflow prevention unit (2) inserted into the inside of the main body casing, and preventing odor from flowing back from a sewer pipe. The odor backflow prevention unit (2) includes: a flange (21) settled on the upper surface (142a) of the settlement unit; an extension pipe (22) integrated with and extended from the bottom surface of the flange (21); a lid shutter (24) including a tank-shaped lid installation unit (23) inserted into and fixed in a lower end of the extension pipe (22), and a disc-shaped thin elastic film installed on the lid installation unit (23) for elastically blocking a flow path; and a lid shutter fixing means fixing the lid shutter (24) on the lid installation unit.
본 발명은 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 형성되어 있는 악취역류방지부를 필요에 따라 결합 분리 가능하도록 구현한 악취역류방지 배수트랩에 관한 것이다. 그 구성은, 측면 또는 상면에는 내부로 물이 유입되는 유입부가 형성되고, 하부에는 유입된 물을 외부로 배출하는 배출부가 형성되는 관형상의 본체케이싱; 상기 본체케이싱의 배출부의 내주면 둘레를 따라 돌출 형성되는 안착대(142); 및 상기 본체케이싱 내부에 끼워져 설치되는 것으로서 상기 하수관으로부터 악취가 올라오는 것을 방지하기 위한 악취역류방지부(2)를 포함하되; 상기 악취역류방지부(2)는, 상기 안착대의 상면(142a)에 안착되는 플랜지(21)와; 상기 플랜지(21)의 저면에서 일체형으로 연장되는 연장관(22)과; 상기 연장관(22)의 하단에 끼워져 고정되는 통형상의 리드설치대(23)와, 탄성적으로 유로를 차단하도록 상기 리드설치대(23)에 설치되는 것으로서 원판 형태의 얇은 탄성막으로 되어 있는 리드셔터(24, lid shutter)와; 상기 리드셔터(24)를 상기 리드설치대에 고정시키기 위한 리드셔터 고정수단;을 포함한다.
