Drain trap for preventing bad smell backflow
The present invention relates to a drain trap for preventing bad odor. According to the present invention, a drain (12) is formed in a trap body (10), and a drain pan (40) is installed in a backflow preventing unit (15) in the drain (12). The drain pan (40) has multiple rotating wings (42) around a rotation center shaft (44). The rotating wing (42) is formed as a curve having a predetermined curvature radius toward a free end unit in a base unit connected to the rotation center shaft (44). So, the surface on one side becomes a concave unit (43), and the surface on the other side becomes a convex unit (43′). An accommodation space (47) accommodates sewage by having a side plate (46) to connect an end in the width direction of the adjacent rotating wing (42) among the rotating wings (42). A guide inclined surface of a guide port (30) guides the sewage to the accommodation space (47). According to the present invention, the sewage is directly transferred to the accommodation space (47) by the guide port (30), and water is smoothly drained by the drain pan (40). Also, the drain trap for preventing bad odor can prevent the backflow of the bad odor and can prevent foreign substances from being caught between the drain pan (40) and the trap body (10).
본 발명은 악취방지용 배수트랩에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 트랩몸체(10)의 내부에 배수로(12)가 형성되고, 상기 배수로(12)중에서 역류차단부(15)에는 배수팬(40)이 설치된다. 상기 트랩몸체(10)의 입구부(14) 외측 가장자리에는 걸이플랜지(17)가 형성된다. 상기 배수팬(40)에는 회전중심축(44)을 중심으로 다수개의 회전날개(42)가 있다. 상기 회전날개(42)는 회전중심축(44)에 연결된 기저부에서 자유단부를 향해 소정의 곡률반경을 가지는 곡면으로 되어 일측 표면은 오목부(43)가 되고 타측 표면은 볼록부(43')가 된다. 상기 회전날개(42)중 인접한 것의 폭방향 단부를 연결하도록 측판(46)이 있어 하수가 수용되는 수용공간(47)이 만들어진다. 상기 수용공간(47)으로 안내구(30)의 안내경사면이 하수를 안내한다. 본 발명에 의하면 안내구(30)에 의해 하수가 수용공간(47)으로 직접 전달되고 배수팬(40)에 의해 물의 배수가 원활하게 되면서도 악취의 역류가 방지되고 배수팬(40)과 ㅌ트랩몸체(10) 사이에 이물이 끼지 않는 이점이 있다. .
