Frame assembly and the installing method thereof
The present invention provides a frame assembly comprising a first frame including: a plurality of 1-1 frames installed between predetermined basic frames spaced from each other to face each other; and a plurality of 1-2 frames installed between the 1-1 frames installed to face each other. The 1-1 frame has the predetermined height and includes a fastening part formed on at least one side surface among both side surfaces with respect to the longitudinal direction to be fastened to the 1-2 frame. The 1-1 frame includes: a first flange part outwardly extended from a first region on at least one side surface of the both side surfaces; and a second flange part outwardly extended from a second region on one side surface where the first flange part is formed on one side surface of both side surfaces. Accordingly, when a frame structure is constructed, an installation period is able to be easily reduced through selection of required members optimized to the installation purpose and easy fastening of the selected members.
본 발명은, 상호 이격되어 마주하는 소정의 기본 프레임들 사이에 복수로 설치되는 제1-1프레임과, 복수로 설치되어 상호 마주는 상기 제1-1프레임들 사이에 복수로 설치되는 제1-2프레임을 포함하는 제1프레임 모듈을 포함하며, 상기 제1-1프레임은 일정 높이를 가지며 길이방향을 기준으로 양측면 증 적어도 어느 일측으로 상기 제1-2프레임과의 결속을 위한 결속부가 구비되며, 상기 제1-1프레임은, 양측면 중 적어도 일측면 상의 제1영역으로부터 외측을 향하여 연장되는 제1플랜지부와, 양측면 중 상기 제1플랜지부가 구비되는 일측면 상의 제2영역으로부터 외측을 향하여 연장되는 제2플랜지부가 구비되는 프레임 조립체를 제공한다.따라서, 프레임구조물 시공에 있어서 각각의 부재들은 설치 목적에 따라 필요로하는 최적화된 부재들의 선정과 선정된 부재들의 용이한 결속을 통해 설치 소요 기간을 용이하게 단축시킬 수 있다.
