MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPLEX CALCIUM CARBONATE BY CARBON DIOXIDE SOLIDIFICATION FOR CFBC COAL ASH AND COMPLEX CALCIUM CARBONATE MANUFACTURED THEREBY
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of complex calcium carbonate by carbon dioxide solidification of circulating fluidized bed combustion power plant coal ash, which comprises the following steps: producing a mixture by dipping coal ash generated from a circulating fluidized bed combustion power plant in water (step 1); injecting carbon dioxide into the produced mixture to form calcium oxide in the power plant coal ash into calcium carbonate (step 2); and separating solid and liquid from the mixture with calcium carbonate (step 3). According to the present invention, circulating fluidized bed combustion power plant coal ash can be recycled, and carbon dioxide generated from power plants can be reduced.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 순환유동층 발전소로부터 발생되는 발전회(ash)를 물에 침지시켜 혼합물을 제조하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 제조된 혼합물에 이산화탄소를 주입하여 상기 발전회 내의 산화칼슘을 탄산칼슘으로 형성시키는 단계(단계 2); 및 상기 탄산칼슘이 형성된 혼합물을 고액분리하는 단계(단계 3);를 포함하는, 순환유동층발전소 발전회의 이산화탄소 고용화를 통한 복합탄산칼슘 제조방법을 제공한다.
