The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a foamed lightweight board with added calcium carbonate and a foamed lightweight board with added calcium carbonate manufactured by the same, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a foamed lightweight board with added calcium carbonate and a foamed lightweight board with added calcium carbonate manufactured by the same, the foamed lightweight board having not only excellent nonflammability, lightweight, mechanical properties, but also air purification, far-infrared emission, deodorization, and antibacterial effects without emitting a volatile organic compound. The method for manufacturing the foamed lightweight board with not only excellent nonflammability and lightweight comprises the steps of: preparing a mixture by mixing a raw material including binder, mixing water, silica fume, water reducing agent, fiber, and foaming agent; foaming and aging the mixture prepared in the preparation; molding of demolding and cutting a semi-hardened body produced in the foaming and aging; steam curing a body molded in the molding; and drying the molded body through the steam curing.
본 발명은 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 불연성과 경량성이 우수하며, 우수한 기계적 물성을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라, 휘발성 유기화합물 등을 방출하지 않으면서 공기정화, 원적외선 방출, 탈취, 항균 등의 효과를 나타내는 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드에 관한 것이다. 이러한 불연성 및 경량성이 우수한 경량보드의 제조방법은 결합재, 혼합수, 실리카흄, 감수제, 섬유 및 기포제를 포함하는 원료를 혼합하여 혼합물을 만드는 혼합물제조단계; 상기 혼합물제조단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 발포 및 숙성하는 발포 및 숙성단계; 상기 발포 및 숙성단계에서 제조된 반경화체를 탈형 및 절단하는 성형단계; 상기 성형단계에서 성형된 성형물을 증기양생하는 증기양생단계; 및 상기 증기양생단계를 통해 양생된 성형물을 건조하는 건조단계;를 포함한다.
