FOAM FOR CONCRETE MOLD BASED ON ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY RECYCLED MATERIAL
The present invention relates to foam based on an environmentally-friendly recycled material for a mold, which is to be provided as a replaceable type. According to the present invention, the foam (100) for a mold is formed by being surrounded by a steel frame (120) manufactured for reinforcement and semi-permanent use of a replaceable main body panel (110) manufactured based on the environmentally-friendly recycled material. The replaceable main body panel (110) comprises: a separable layer (111); a grid type reinforcement layer (113); and a main body layer (112), which is made of the environmentally-friendly recycled material, formed between the separable layer (111) and the grid type reinforcement layer (113). The main body layer (112) made of the environmentally-friendly recycled material is differentially formed by two folds of a hollow hexahedral shape between the separable layer (111) and the grid type reinforcement layer (113), and first and second recycled material panels (112a, 112b) are laminated to reinforce strength due to an empty space of the inside, and are bonded by adhesives or are hot-melted by heat.
본 발명은 친환경 재생재료 기반의 거푸집용 폼에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 친환경 재생재료 기반으로 제작된 교체형 본체 패널(110)에 대한 강도 보강과 반영구적 사용을 위해 제작된 철제 프레임(120)이 감싸서 형성되는 친환경 재생재료 기반의 거푸집용 폼(100)에 있어서, 교체형 본체 패널(110)은, 분리형 레이어(111); 격자형 보강 레이어(113); 그리고 분리형 레이어(111)와 격자형 보강 레이어(113) 사이에 형성된 친환경 재생재료 본체 레이어(112); 를 포함하며, 친환경 재생재료 본체 레이어(112)는, 분리형 레이어(111)와 격자형 보강 레이어(113) 사이에 내부가 빈 육면체 형상으로 2겹으로 구분되어 형성되며, 내부의 빈공간에 따른 강도 보강을 위해 제1 재생재료 패널(112a)과 제2 재생재료 패널(112b)을 합지(lamination) 하며, 접착제에 의해 접착하거나, 가열 열 접착하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
