PRECAST CONCRETE COATED WITH SYNTHETIC RESIN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method for producing a precast concrete structure coated with a synthetic resin. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for producing the precast concrete structure coated with the synthetic resin comprises the following steps: preparing a synthetic resin sheet consisting of a synthetic resin layer and a fibrous cloth layer attached to the synthetic resin layer; disposing a synthetic resin sheet on an inner bottom surface of a mold whose upper portion is opened; placing concrete on the mold; and curing the concrete.
본 발명은 합성수지로 피복되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 합성수지로 피복되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조체의 제조방법은 합성수지층 및 합성수지층에 접착되는 섬유포층으로 이루어지는 합성수지 시트를 준비하는 단계, 상부가 개방된 거푸집 내부 하면에 합성수지 시트를 배치하는 단계, 거푸집에 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계, 및 콘크리트를 양생하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 합성수지로 피복되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 합성수지로 피복되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조체의 제조방법은 합성수지층 및 합성수지층에 접착되는 섬유포층으로 이루어지는 합성수지 시트를 준비하는 단계, 상부가 개방된 거푸집 내부 하면에 합성수지 시트를 배치하는 단계, 거푸집에 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계, 및 콘크리트를 양생하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
