Polyurea membrane waterproofing agent and polyurea complex waterproofing structure and method using thereof
The present invention relates to a polyurea coating membrane waterproofing agent, and a polyurea complex waterproofing structure and a method using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polyurea coating membrane waterproofing agent having finally improved mechanical and chemical properties by introducing N,N,N,N tetrakis 2-hydroxyethyldiamine and methylenebis N,N dibutylaniline into a polyurea molecule, and a polyurea complex waterproofing method and structure using the same. The polyurea coating membrane waterproofing agent of the present invention comprises: a solution A which includes, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of biuret triisocyanate, 60-80 parts by weight of isocyanurate, 30-50 parts by weight dianisidine diisocyanate, and 10-30 parts by weight 2-methyl-1,5-pentamethylene diisocyanate; and a solution B which includes, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of primary hydroxy-terminated polyethylene, 70-90 parts by weight of polytetramethylene ether glycol, 40-60 parts by weight of N,N,N,N tetrakis 2-hydroxyethyldiamine, 10-30 parts by weight of methylenebis N,N dibutylaniline, 5-7 parts by weight of a pigment, and 3-5 parts by weight of a dispersing agent.
본 발명은 폴리우레아 도막방수제와 이를 이용한 폴리우레아 복합 방수 구조 및 공법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 N,N,N,N 테트라키스 2-하이드록시에틸디아민, 메틸렌비스 N,N 디뷰틸아닐린을 폴리우레아 분자 내에 도입하여 최종적으로 완결되는 기계적 화학적 물성이 향상되는 폴리우레아 도막방수제와 이를 이용한 폴리우레아 복합 방수 공법 및 구조를 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 비우렛트리이소시아네이트 100중량부에 이소시아누레이트 60~80중량부, 디아니시딘디이소시아네이트 30~50중량부, 2-메틸-1,5펜타메틸렌디이소시아네이트 10~30중량부로 조성된 A액과; 프라이머리하이드록시터미네이티드폴리에틸렌 100중량부에 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜 70~90중량부, N,N,N,N 테트라키스2-하이드록시에틸디아민 40~60중량부, 메틸렌비스 N,N 디뷰틸아닐린 10~30중량부, 안료 5~7중량부, 분산제 3~5중량부로 조성된 B액;이 혼합되어 구성된 폴리우레아 도막방수제와 이를 이용한 폴리우레아 복합 방수 공법 및 구조를 발명의 특징으로 한다.
