The present invention relates to a waterproofing method using polyurea with polyamide fibers and, more specifically, to a waterproofing method using polyurea with polyamide fibers, which includes the following steps: arranging a foundation surface of a structure; forming a primer layer by applying primers to the foundation surface; forming an intermediate coating layer by applying an intermediate coating containing urethane resin and polyamide fibers to the primer layer; forming a polyurea layer by applying polyurea resin to the intermediate coating layer; and forming an upper coating layer by applying an upper coating to the polyurea layer. According to the present invention, the waterproofing method using polyurea with polyamide fibers can prevent pinholes from being generated, achieve excellent surface smoothness, improve adhesive strength of the polyurea, and improve resistance against cracks.
본 발명은 폴리아미드 섬유가 함유된 폴리우레아 방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 구조물의 바탕면을 정리하는 단계와, 상기 바탕면에 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 프라이머층에 우레탄 수지와 폴리아미드 섬유를 포함하는 중도를 도포하여 중도층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 중도층에 폴리우레아 수지를 도포하여 폴리우레아층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 폴리우레아층에 상도를 도포하여 상도층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 핀홀의 발생이 없으며, 표면 평활도가 우수하고, 폴리우레아의 접착력을 개선하는 것은 물론, 크랙에 대한 저항성을 개선할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
