The present invention relates to a polyurea waterproofing repair method which is able to, in a paint film waterproofing method using polyurea to allowing a part including a crack on a floor surface or an outer wall of a concrete structure to be waterproof by forming a paint film layer using polyurea, paint a lower portion, mix a middle paint with silica, spread the mixture, and spread polyurea on top of that. According to the present invention, the polyurea waterproofing repair method is able to increase waterproofing performance more than the conventional level, prevent the easy exfoliation of a waterproof paint film since the waterproof paint film is easily damaged or lifted, use water-soluble materials for a primer and a paint, perform the environmentally-friendly paint film waterproofing process, increase the attachment, and prevent the waterproof paint film from being damaged, thereby achieving usefulness. The present invention is able to perform the stable waterproofing process with a high attachment on cracks generated on a floor surface or an outer wall of a concrete structure, prevent the exfoliation of a waterproof paint film, and prevent the waterproof paint film from being easily ruptured, thereby achieving usefulness. In addition, the present invention is able to acquire excellent waterproofing function even without urethane, which has been used for the conventional process, and greatly reduce construction cost, thereby being very useful and available in the relevant field.
본 발명은 폴리우레아 방수시공 보수공법에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트구조물의 바닥면이나 외벽 측 균열부를 포함하는 부위에 대해 폴리우레아를 이용한 도막층 형성을 통해 방수성을 갖게 하는 폴리우레아를 이용한 도막방수공법에 있어서, 하도를 도장한 다음 중도제와 규사를 혼합하여 도포한 후 그 위에 폴리우레아를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 따른 방수 시공 방법에 따르면, 기존에 비해 방수성능을 높일 수 있으면서 방수도막이 쉽게 파손되거나 들뜨는 현상에 의해 쉽게 박리되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 프라이머 및 도료에 있어 수용성 재료를 활용함에 따라 친환경 도막방수를 실시할 수 있으면서 부착성을 높이고 방수도막의 파손을 차단할 수 있는 유용함을 달성할 수 있다. 본 발명은 콘크리트구조물 바닥면이나 외벽에 발생된 균열부위 측 안정되고 부착성을 높인 방수를 실시할 수 있고, 방수도막의 박리를 방지하면서 방수도막이 쉽게 파단되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 유용함을 달성할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 기존의 우레탄을 사용하지 않으면서도 우수한 방수기능을 수득할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 시공비를 크게 절감할 수 있어 당분야에서 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 발명은 폴리우레아 방수시공 보수공법에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트구조물의 바닥면이나 외벽 측 균열부를 포함하는 부위에 대해 폴리우레아를 이용한 도막층 형성을 통해 방수성을 갖게 하는 폴리우레아를 이용한 도막방수공법에 있어서, 하도를 도장한 다음 중도제와 규사를 혼합하여 도포한 후 그 위에 폴리우레아를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 따른 방수 시공 방법에 따르면, 기존에 비해 방수성능을 높일 수 있으면서 방수도막이 쉽게 파손되거나 들뜨는 현상에 의해 쉽게 박리되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 프라이머 및 도료에 있어 수용성 재료를 활용함에 따라 친환경 도막방수를 실시할 수 있으면서 부착성을 높이고 방수도막의 파손을 차단할 수 있는 유용함을 달성할 수 있다. 본 발명은 콘크리트구조물 바닥면이나 외벽에 발생된 균열부위 측 안정되고 부착성을 높인 방수를 실시할 수 있고, 방수도막의 박리를 방지하면서 방수도막이 쉽게 파단되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 유용함을 달성할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 기존의 우레탄을 사용하지 않으면서도 우수한 방수기능을 수득할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 시공비를 크게 절감할 수 있어 당분야에서 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
