The present invention relates to a structure of a foam used when a building including a curved surface is built. According to the present invention, the structure of a form comprises: a bottom plate installed on a bottom and having a locking protrusion formed on one or more side surfaces thereof; a plurality of side plates, wherein a part of the side plate is installed to be in contact with a side surface of the bottom plate and is formed in a curved surface corresponding to the bottom plate, a first connection groove with a concave groove shape is formed on one side, a second connection protrusion with a protrusion shape and a locking part coupled to the locking protrusion are formed on the other side opposite to the one side, a cover disposed by an adhesive agent is formed on a front surface, and a connection part is formed on an opposite surface to the cover; and an upper plate made of a transparent material allowing sunlight to penetrate thereinto and having a size greater than an outer size of the side plate coupled along a side surface of the bottom plate.
곡면을 포함하는 건축물을 제조할 때 사용하는 거푸집 구조물에 있어서, 맨 하단에 설치되고 그 측면들 중 하나 이상의 측면에 걸림돌기가 형성된 바닥판; 일부가 바닥판의 측면에 접촉되도록 설치되며 바닥판에 대응하여 곡면으로 형성되고, 일측에 요(凹)홈 형태의 제1 연결홈을 형성하고, 일측과 반대하는 타측에 돌기 형태의 제2 연결돌기를 형성하고, 걸림돌기와 결합하는 걸림부를 형성하고, 전면에 접착제를 통해 배치되는 덮개를 형성하고, 덮개의 반대면에 연결부가 형성된 복수 개의 측판; 및, 연결부를 통해 측판과 연결되며, 투명하고 태양광이 투과될 수 있는 재질로 구성되며, 바닥판의 측면을 따라 결합된 상기 측판의 외곽크기보다 크게 형성되는 상판;을 포함하며, 바닥판은, 그 내부에 부피가 다른 2개 이상의 물질이 적층되며, 복수 개의 측판은, 하나의 측판의 제1 연결홈과 다른 하나의 제2 연결돌기가 억지끼워맞춤으로 결합하여 연결하며, 덮개는 상기 하나의 측판의 제1 연결홈과 다른 하나의 제2 연결돌기가 결합되는 연결부분까지 연장 배치되며 제2 연결돌기는, 제1 연결홈의 홈 깊이와 대응하는 길이로 형성하고, 제1 연결홈의 길이는, 제2 연결돌기 길이의 절반 이상의 긴 길이로 형성하고, 제1 연결홈의 끝단부는 경사진 돌출부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 거푸집 구조물은 곡면을 포함하는 건축물의 제조를 위한 콘크리트를 타설하는 경우, 거푸집의 조립 및 해체가 용이하고, 거푸집 내부에 수분이 유입되는 것을 차단할 수 있으며, 거푸집 내부에 존재하는 수분의 배출을 용이하게 할 수 있는 현저한 효과를 보유한다.
The present invention relates to a structure of a foam used when a building including a curved surface is built.
