FORM STRUCTURE AND ASSEMBLY METHOD OF FORM STRUCTURE
To propose a form structure which achieves chamfer of a corner part of side surfaces and a corner part of an upper surface and a side surface of a concrete member at one time and which can be reused, and to propose an assembly method of the form structure.SOLUTION: A form structure 1 having a polygonal shape in a plan view includes: a plurality of form bodies 3; a horizontal chamfer strip 4 for forming a chamfer extending in a horizontal direction; and a vertical chamfer strip 5 for forming a chamfer extending in a vertical direction. The form body 3 includes: a sheathing board 31 facing concrete; and a flange 32 formed on a back surface of the sheathing board 31. The horizontal chamfer strip 4 includes: a first mounting board part 41 fixed to an upper end of the form body 3 in a state of protruding from a front surface of the sheathing board 31; and a first chamfer board part 42 reaching a front surface of the form body 3 from a tip of the first mounting board part 41 and facing the concrete. The vertical chamfer strip 5 includes: a second mounting board part 51 fixed to an end part of the form body 3 by a fixture 6 which is inserted in a screw pocket 33 formed at the flange 32; and a second chamfer board part 52 facing the concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コンクリート部材の側面同士の角部および上面と側面との角部の面取りを一度に実現し、かつ、再利用可能な型枠構造およびこの型枠構造の組立方法を提案する。【解決手段】複数の型枠本体３と、横方向に延在する面取を形成する横面木４と、縦方向に延在する面取を形成する縦面木５とを備える平面視多角形状の型枠構造１である。型枠本体３は、コンクリートに面するせき板３１と、せき板３１の背面に形成されたフランジ３２とを有している。横面木４は、せき板３１の前面から張り出した状態で型枠本体３の上端に固定される第一取付板部４１と、第一取付板部４１の先端から型枠本体３の前面に至り、コンクリートに面する第一面取板部４２とを有している。縦面木５は、フランジ３２に形成されたビスポケット３３に挿入される固定具６により型枠本体３の端部に固定される第二取付板部５１と、コンクリートに面する第二面取板部５２とを有している。【選択図】図２
