The present invention relates to a steel deck plate with a groove pattern for slip prevention. The steel deck plate has a groove pattern on a rectangular steel upper plate. The rectangular upper plate is installed to be perpendicular to a driving direction of a vehicle of a temporary road. The groove pattern includes a plurality of valleys and ridges regularly formed while forming pairs for the entire area of the upper plate. Each of the valleys forms a continuous gutter and includes an inclined extension unit in an acute angle with respect to an edge of the rectangular upper plate. According to the groove pattern and the steel deck plate having the same, all interference areas between a boundary of the valleys and the ridges making up a contact area and a pattern between the ground and a vehicle tire and the vehicle tire are maintained in a prescribed size and are formed continuously during entire contact time without impeding steering performance of a driving vehicle regardless of an installation direction of the deck plate or a driving direction of the vehicle to provide excellent drainage performance and exhibit a slip prevention capability and a noise suppression capability.
본 발명은 미끄럼 방지용 그루브 패턴이 구비된 강재 복공판에 관한 것이다. 상기 강재 복공판은 강재의 직사각형 상판에 글루브 패턴이 구비되고, 가설도로의 차량의 주행방향에 대해 상기 직사각형 상판이 직교하도록 설치되며, 상기 글루브 패턴은 상기 상판 전면적에 대해 쌍을 이루며 규칙적으로 형성되는 복수의 밸리(valley)와 리지(ridge)를 포함하고, 상기 밸리 각각은 연속된 배수로를 형성하되 상기 직사각형 상판의 변에 대해 예각 경사진 연장부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 글루브 패턴 및 이를 구비한 강재 복공판에 따르면, 복공판의 설치방향 또는 차량의 주행방향에 상관없이, 주행 차량의 조향 성능을 저해하지 않으면서도, 접촉시점 전체에서, 지면과 차량 타이어 간 접촉면적 및 패턴을 구성하는 밸리와 리지의 경계와 차량 타이어 간 간섭영역 모두가 소정 크기로 상시 유지됨과 동시에 연속적으로 이루어짐으로써, 우수한 배수 성능과 함께 미끄럼 방지능 및 소음 발생 억제능을 발휘할 수 있다.
