Road decking panel having forced ventilation function
An objective of the present invention is to provide a lining board (1) having a forced ventilation function which forcibly ventilates underground air through a lining board (1) which is a temporary member manufactured in a box shape to be installed on a road surface during underground excavation to provide a comfortable environment. The lining board (1) having a forced ventilation function comprises: a plurality of air vents (2) vertically penetrated on an upper board (11); and a ventilation fan (3) fixed and installed to be positioned below the plurality of air vents (2) formed on the upper board (11) in the lining board (1). The ventilation fan (3) is fixed and installed on a side board (12) of the lining board (1) or an installation bracket (4) fixed to face the upper board (11) of the lining board (1) by screwing bolts and nuts or welding or is slid and coupled to an inner side of the lining board (1) by a sliding coupling part (5) installed in the lining board (1). According to the present invention, when performing underground excavation work, underground internal air below the lining board (1) is ventilated to perform excavation work in a comfortable environment. A separate ventilation apparatus having a duct does not need to be included and a structure is simplified to markedly reduce installation expenses and manufacturing costs.
본 발명은 박스형태로 제작하여 지하 굴착 시 도로면에 부설하는 가설재인 복공판(1)을 통해서 지하의 공기를 강제로 환기시켜서 쾌적한 환경을 제공토록 한 강제환기 기능을 갖는 복공판(1)을 제공코자 하는 것으로서, 상기 본 발명은 상판(11)에 상하로 관통된 수개의 통기공(2)과, 복공판(1)의 내측에서 상판(11)에 형성된 수개의 통기공(2) 하측으로 위치토록 고정 설치된 환기팬(3)이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 환기팬(3)을 복공판(1)의 측판(12)이나, 복공판(1)의 상판(11)에 마주보며 고정된 설치브래킷(4)에 각각 볼트와 너트의 나사결합 또는 용접결합에 의해서 고정 설치되거나, 복공판(1)의 내측에 설치된 슬라이딩결합구(5)에 의해서 슬라이딩 결합되게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 본 발명에 의하면 지하 굴착작업 시 복공판(1) 하부의 지하 내부 공기를 환기시켜서 보다 쾌적한 환경에서 굴착작업 등이 이루어지도록 하며, 덕트를 갖는 별도의 환기장치를 구비하지 않아도 되며 구조도 단순하여 설치비 및 제조원가를 현저히 절감시킬 수 있는 등 다수의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.
