The present invention relates to a buffer pad for a lining board. More specifically, an objective of the present invention is to improve the coupling structure of a buffer pad coupled to a lower portion of a lining board to facilitate coupling and quickly dry water gathered underneath the buffer pad. To achieve the objective, the buffer pad for a lining board comprises: a plate having an elastic force; and a coupler including a main pillar protruding upward from the plate in a cylindrical shape, an insertion pillar protruding upward from the main pillar to have a smaller diameter than the main pillar, a stopping unit formed on the upper pillar of the insertion pillar in a conical shape with a narrow upper portion and a wide lower portion, and a cut unit formed on a side of the stopping unit to be cut to bend the stopping unit to easily insert the stopping unit into an insertion space between the insertion pillar and the stopping unit by the inner surface of a fastening hole of a lining board when inserting the coupler into the fastening hole. According to the present invention, the buffer pad is easily coupled to the lining board to increase the workability of workers and shorten work time to increase productivity. Since flooding problems by rainwater are prevented, causes of corrosion of a lower support structure are reduced to expect various effects such as an increase in the life of the support structure.
본 발명은 복공판용 완충패드로서, 이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 복공판 하부에 결합되는 완충패드의 결합 구조를 개선하여 결합이 쉽게 이루어지도록 하며, 완충패드의 하부에 고인 수분을 빠르게 건조시키도록 한 것으로서, 상기한 발명의 과제를 해결하기 위한 구체적인 수단으로 본 발명에서는 복공판용 완충패드를 구성함에 있어서, 탄성력을 갖는 플레이트와, 플레이트에서 원통형으로 상향 돌출되는 메인필러와, 메인필러에서 메인필러보다 직경이 작게 상향 돌출되는 내입필러와, 내입필러의 상단에서 상협하광의 삿갓 형상으로 형성된 걸림부와, 걸림부의 측면에 절개되도록 형성된 절개부로 구성되어 복공판의 체결공에 삽입 시 체결공의 내면에 의해 걸림부가 내입필러와 걸림부 사이의 내입공간부로 휘어져 쉽게 삽입되는 체결구가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 본 발명에 의해 복공판에 완충패드의 결합이 쉬워 작업자의 작업성이 증대되고, 작업시간이 단축되어 생산성도 높아지며, 우수에 의한 침수 문제도 없기 때문에 하부 지지구조체가 부식될 소지가 줄어들어 지지구조체의 수명이 증대되는 등 다수의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 발명이다.
