The present invention provides a pilotis insulation structure of an apartment. The pilotis insulation structure of an apartment comprises: a pilotis floor having a column supported by the ground and a floor portion supported by an upper end of the column; a replacement insulating portion inserted into and installed in an installation space formed in the floor portion; a heating unit installed in the column; and an auxiliary insulating floor formed in the floor portion to be placed in upper and lower portions of the replacement insulating portion.
본 발명의 공동주택 피로티층 단열구조를 제공한다. 상기 공동주택 피로티층 단열구조는, 지면에 지지되는 기둥 및 상기 기둥의 상단에 지지되는 바닥부를 갖는 피로티 층; 상기 바닥부의 내부에 형성되는 설치 공간에 삽입 설치되는 교체 단열부; 상기 기둥의 내부에 설치되는 가열부; 및 상기 교체 단열부의 상부 및 하부에 위치되도록 상기 바닥부의 내부에 형성되는 보조 단열층을 포함한다.
