The present invention relates to a piloti slab insulation structure of an apartment house. The piloti slab insulation structure of an apartment house comprises: a piloti layer spaced from the ground, and having a predetermined floor area; a support column supporting the piloti layer to be spaced from the ground surface at a predetermined height; a coupling unit installed in a lower end of the piloti layer; an insulation unit coupled through the coupling unit, and having an upper surface that is in contact with a lower end surface of the piloti layer; and an auxiliary insulation material injected between a lower end surface of the piloti layer and an upper surface of the insulation unit.
본 발명은 공동주택 피로티 슬래브 단열구조를 제공한다. 상기 공동주택 피로티 슬래브 단열구조는, 지상으로 부타 이격되며, 설정된 바닥 영역을 갖는 피로티 층; 상기 피로티 층을 지면으로부터 일정 높이로 이격되도록 지지하는 지지 기둥; 상기 피로티 층의 하단에 설치되는 체결부; 상기 체결부를 통해 체결되며, 상면이 상기 피로티 층의 하단면과 밀착되는 단열부; 및 상기 피로티 층의 하단면과 상기 단열부의 상면 사이에 주입되는 보조 단열재;를 포함한다.
