PILOTI SLAB INSULATION STRUCTURE OF APARTMENT
The present invention provides an insulation structure for an apartment house piloti layer. The insulation structure for an apartment house piloti layer includes: a piloti layer which is disposed at a set height above the ground; pillars supporting the ground and the piloti layer; a heating and cooling unit buried in the floor of the piloti layer and heating or cooling the floor; and a temperature control unit that variably controls the temperature of the floor of the piloti layer by driving the heating and cooling unit to maintain the indoor temperature of the piloti layer within a reference indoor temperature.
본 발명은 공동주택 피로티층 단열 구조물을 제공한다. 상기 공동주택 피로티층 단열 구조물은 지상으로 상방으로 설정된 높이를 이루어 배치되는 피로티 층; 상기 지상과 상기 피로티 층을 지지하는 기둥; 상기 피로티 층의 바닥부에 매설되며, 상기 바닥부를 가열 또는 냉각시키는 냉난방부; 및, 상기 피로티 층의 실내 온도가 설정된 기준 실내 온도를 유지하도록 상기 냉난방부를 구동시켜 상기 피로티 층의 바닥부의 온도를 가변적으로 제어하는 온도 조절부;를 포함한다.

The present invention provides an insulation structure for an apartment house piloti layer. 본 발명은 공동주택 피로티층 단열 구조물을 제공한다. 상기 공동주택 피로티층 단열 구조물은 지상으로 상방으로 설정된 높이를 이루어 배치되는 피로티 층; 상기 지상과 상기 피로티 층을 지지하는 기둥; 상기 피로티 층의 바닥부에 매설되며, 상기 바닥부를 가열 또는 냉각시키는 냉난방부; 및, 상기 피로티 층의 실내 온도가 설정된 기준 실내 온도를 유지하도록 상기 냉난방부를 구동시켜 상기 피로티 층의 바닥부의 온도를 가변적으로 제어하는 온도 조절부;를 포함한다.
