PRECAST ARCH STRUCTURE OF STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE GIRDER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method to construct a precast steel composite arch structure. According to the present invention, the precast steel composite arch structure comprises: a precast steel composite arch member (100) including a pair of I-shaped steel girders (110) installed in a left/right direction by being spaced apart from each other and bent in an arch structure in a front/rear direction, and a concrete block (120) coupled to the upper or lower surface of the steel girder (110) to protrude to the left and right sides of the steel girder (110); and a pair of base members (200) formed at the front and rear end parts of the arch member (100) to support the arch member (100) and installed in a structure on which the front and rear end parts of the arch member (100) are put. In this case, since the steel composite arch member (100) is manufactured from a factory or a workshop in a precast method, excellent quality of the concrete block (120) is provided and a construction error is reduced. Moreover, since a field process is reduced, a construction period is reduced.
본 발명의 프리캐스트 강합성 아치 구조물은 좌우방향을 따라 상호 이격되어 설치되고, 전후방향을 따라 아치 구조로 벤딩된 한 쌍의 I형 강재거더(110), 강재거더(110)의 좌우측방으로 돌출되도록, 강재거더(110)의 상면 또는 하면에 결합된 콘크리트 블럭(120),을 구비한 프리캐스트 강합성 아치부재(100); 아치부재(100)를 지지하도록 아치부재(100)의 전방과 후방 단부에 각각 형성되되, 아치부재(100)의 전후방 단부가 올려지는 구조로 설치되는 한 쌍의 기초부재(200);를 포함한다.이 경우, 강합성 아치부재(100)는 프리캐스트 방식으로 공장 또는 제작장에서 제작되기 때문에 콘크리트 블럭(120)의 품질이 우수하고, 시공 오차를 줄일 수 있다. 또한, 현장 공정이 줄기 때문에 공기를 단축할 수 있다.
