PRECAST ARCH STRUCTURE OF STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE GIRDER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
A precast steel composite arch structure of the present invention comprises: a precast steel composite arch member (100) which includes a pair of type I steel girders (110) which are installed to be spaced apart from each other in the left and right directions and are bent in an arch structure in the front and rear directions, and a concrete block (120) which is coupled to the upper or lower surface of the steel girders (110) to protrude to the left and right sides of the steel girders (100); and a pair of basic members (200) which are formed on the front and rear ends of the arch member (100) to support the arch member (100) and are installed in a structure on which the front and rear ends of the arch member (100) are put. The front and rear ends (101) of the arch member (100) are outwardly convex round structures. The base member (200) includes: a body portion (210); and a contact portion (220) formed in the body portion (210) to support the arch member (100) in surface-contact with the ends (101). A fixing pin (211) inserted into the arch member (100) is formed to protrude from the contact portion (220). An end reinforcing plate (111) having a round structure is coupled to the ends (101). The fixing pin (211) is coupled to penetrate the end reinforcing plate (111). In this case, since the steel composite arch member (100) is manufactured in a precast manner in a factory or a manufacturing place, the quality of the concrete block (120) is excellent and a construction error is reduced. In addition, the field process may decrease, and thus a construction period can be reduced.
본 발명의 프리캐스트 강합성 아치 구조물은 좌우방향을 따라 상호 이격되어 설치되고, 전후방향을 따라 아치 구조로 벤딩된 한 쌍의 I형 강재거더(110), 강재거더(100)의 좌우측방으로 돌출되도록, 강재거더(110)의 상면 또는 하면에 결합된 콘크리트 블럭(120),을 구비한 프리캐스트 강합성 아치부재(100); 아치부재(100)를 지지하도록 아치부재(100)의 전방과 후방 단부에 각각 형성되되, 아치부재(100)의 전후방 단부가 올려지는 구조로 설치되는 한 쌍의 기초부재(200);를 포함하고, 아치부재(100)의 전방과 후방 단부(101)는 외측으로 볼록한 라운드 구조이고, 기초부재(200)는 본체부(210); 단부(101)와 면 접촉되어 아치부재(100)를 지지하도록, 본체부(210)에 형성된 접촉부(220);를 포함하며, 접촉부(220)에는 아치부재(100)에 삽입되는 고정핀(211)이 돌출형성되고, 단부(101)에는 라운드 구조의 단부보강판(111)이 결합되며, 고정핀(211)은 단부 보강판(111)을 관통하여 결합된다. 이 경우, 강합성 아치부재(100)는 프리캐스트 방식으로 공장 또는 제작장에서 제작되기 때문에 콘크리트 블럭(120)의 품질이 우수하고, 시공 오차를 줄일 수 있다. 또한, 현장 공정이 줄기 때문에 공기를 단축할 수 있다.

A precast steel composite arch structure of the present invention comprises: a precast steel composite arch member (100) which includes a pair of type I steel girders (110) which are installed to be spaced apart from each other in the left and right directions and are bent in an arch structure in the front and rear directions, and a concrete block (120) which is coupled to the upper or lower surface of the steel girders (110) to protrude to the left and right sides of the steel girders (100); and a pair of basic members (200) which are formed on the front and rear ends of the arch member (100) to support the arch member (100) and are installed in a structure on which the front and rear ends of the arch member (100) are put.
