Casing connection structure
The present invention relates to a casing connection structure capable of providing sufficient strength. According to the present invention, the casing connection structure comprises: a first connection pipe (10) welded to an end part of one casing (1), having a step part (12) formed on an outer circumferential surface, and having a coupling hole (14) with an outer locking step (15) formed on a surrounding wall of the step part (12) to be spaced apart from each other; a second connection pipe (20) welded to an end part of the other casing (2), having a step part (22) formed on an inner circumferential surface, and having a coupling hole (24) formed on a surrounding wall of the step part (22); a disk-shaped nut member (30) having a flange part (32) coupled to the outer locking step (15) to be coupled to the coupling hole (14) and having a female screw part (34) formed in a central part; a coupling ring (40) having a flange part (42) and a tapered inner diameter part (43) to be inserted into the coupling hole (24); a conical body (50) having a tapered outer diameter part (53) matched with the tapered inner diameter part (43) of the coupling ring (40), and having a bolt head insertion groove (54) and a bolt shaft through-hole (55) formed in a central part; and a bolt member (60) screw-coupled to the female screw part (34) of the nut member (30) through the bolt shaft through-hole (55) of the conical body (50), and having a bolt head (62) inserted and received in the bolt head insertion groove (54).
본 발명은 케이싱 연결구조로서, 일측 케이싱(1)의 단부에 용접되며 외주면에 단턱부(12)가 형성되고 이 단턱부(12)의 둘레벽에는 외부걸림턱(15)을 가진 체결공(14)이 이격되도록 형성된 제1연결관체(10)와, 타측 케이싱(2)의 단부에 용접되며 내주면에 단턱부(22)가 형성되고 이 단턱부(22)의 둘레벽에는 체결공(24)이 형성된 제2연결관체(20)와, 외부걸림턱(15)에 결합되는 플랜지부(32)가 형성되어 체결공(14)에 결합되며 중앙부에는 암나사부(34)가 형성된 디스크형상의 너트부재(30)와,플랜지부(42)가 형성되고 테이퍼진 내경부(43)가 형성되어 상기 체결공(24)에 끼워지는 체결링(40)과, 상기 체결링(40)의 테이퍼진 내경부(43)에 정합되는 테이퍼진 외경부(53)를 가지며 중앙부에는 볼트헤드삽입홈(54)와 볼트축통과공(55)이 형성된 콘형상체(50)와, 콘형상체(50)의 볼트축통과공(55)을 통해 너트부재(30)의 암나사부(34)에 나사결합되며 볼트헤드(62)가 볼트헤드삽입홈(54)에 끼워져 수납되는 볼트부재(60)로 이루어진다.

본 발명은 케이싱 연결구조로서, 일측 케이싱(1)의 단부에 용접되며 외주면에 단턱부(12)가 형성되고 이 단턱부(12)의 둘레벽에는 외부걸림턱(15)을 가진 체결공(14)이 이격되도록 형성된 제1연결관체(10)와, 타측 케이싱(2)의 단부에 용접되며 내주면에 단턱부(22)가 형성되고 이 단턱부(22)의 둘레벽에는 체결공(24)이 형성된 제2연결관체(20)와, 외부걸림턱(15)에 결합되는 플랜지부(32)가 형성되어 체결공(14)에 결합되며 중앙부에는 암나사부(34)가 형성된 디스크형상의 너트부재(30)와,플랜지부(42)가 형성되고 테이퍼진 내경부(43)가 형성되어 상기 체결공(24)에 끼워지는 체결링(40)과, 상기 체결링(40)의 테이퍼진 내경부(43)에 정합되는 테이퍼진 외경부(53)를 가지며 중앙부에는 볼트헤드삽입홈(54)와 볼트축통과공(55)이 형성된 콘형상체(50)와, 콘형상체(50)의 볼트축통과공(55)을 통해 너트부재(30)의 암나사부(34)에 나사결합되며 볼트헤드(62)가 볼트헤드삽입홈(54)에 끼워져 수납되는 볼트부재(60)로 이루어진다.
