Introduced are a room-temperature asphalt mixture, a manufacturing method thereof and a construction method thereof, and a block using the room-temperature asphalt mixture, a manufacturing method thereof and a construction method thereof. The manufacturing method of a room-temperature asphalt mixture comprises: a process of pulverizing waste asphalt concrete and selecting recycled aggregate by particle size; a first mixing process of mixing the recycled aggregate, a recycled additive, and a solvent; a second mixing process of mixing emulsified asphalt; and a third mixing process of adding cement, new aggregate, and water to the materials that have undergone the first and second mixing processes, and mixing the same.
상온형 아스팔트 혼합물, 그 제조방법 및 시공방법, 그리고 상온형 아스팔트 혼합물을 사용한 블록, 그 제조방법 및 시공방법이 소개된다. 본 발명의 상온형 아스팔트 혼합물 제조방법은, 폐아스콘을 분쇄하여 입자크기 별로 순환골재를 선별하는 과정; 상기 순환골재와, 재생첨가제, 용제를 혼합하는 1차 혼합과정; 유화 아스팔트를 2차 혼합과정; 및 상기 1, 2차 혼합과정이 진행된 재료에 추가로 시멘트, 신골재, 물을 첨가하여 혼합하는 3차 혼합과정을 포함한다.
