Construction method of concrete building wall
Disclosed is a construction method of a wall body of a concrete building capable of easily constructing a wall body. The construction method of a wall body of a concrete building according to the present invention comprises: a rebar foundation installing step of installing a rebar foundation at a location where a wall body is constructed; a mold manufacturing step of continuously installing plate-shaped mold bodies, mounting joint bar fixing members on the front surfaces of the mold bodies, and manufacturing a mold for joints; a mold arranging step of arranging the molds to face each other and to be spaced apart from each other; a concrete curing step of curing concrete between the molds; a component removing step of removing the molds, a D cone, bolts, square washers, and nuts before the concrete is completely hardened; and a mold dismantling step of dismantling the molds to separate the mold bodies from the joint bars.
본 발명은 콘크리트 건물의 벽체 시공방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 건물의 벽체 시공방법은, 벽체가 시공되는 위치에 다수의 철근을 이용하여 철근 기초물을 설치하는 철근 기초물 설치단계; 시공 벽체의 면적에 대응되도록 판상의 거푸집 본체들을 연속적으로 설치한 다음, 거푸집 본체의 전면부 상에 벽체에 형성되는 줄눈의 교차 지점과 각각 대응되는 지점에 십자형(+)의 구조의 줄눈바 고정부재들을 설치한 다음 수평 및 수직방향별로 인접하게 설치된 줄눈바 고정부재에 줄눈바의 양단을 각각 삽입 결합시킴으로써 줄눈용 거푸집을 제작하는 줄눈용 거푸집 제작단계; 줄눈용 거푸집 제작단계를 통해 제작된 상기 줄눈용 거푸집들을 철근 기초물을 사이에 두고 상호 마주보도록 이격 배치하는 줄눈용 거푸집 배치단계; 상기 줄눈용 거푸집들 사이로 콘크리트를 넣어 양생하는 콘크리트 양생단계; 상기 콘크리트가 완전히 굳기 전에 상기 줄눈용 거푸집들, 상기 D 콘, 상기 본체 볼트, 상기 주물 사각와셔 및 상기 주물 너트를 제거하는 부품 제거단계; 및 상기 줄눈용 거푸집을 해체하여 거푸집 본체와 줄눈바를 분리하는 줄눈용 거푸집 해체 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지되; 상기 줄눈바는, 반원관(Half-pipe) 구조의 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부의 길이방향 양단으로부터 내측을 향하여 소정의 폭으로 연장 형성되는 결합날개부와, 상기 몸체부의 내측에 중앙에서 길이방향을 따라 기립 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 보강판, 및 상기 몸체부의 양단에 형성되는 탈거홈을 포함하여 형성되며, 줄눈바 고정부재는, 육면체 구조로 형성되고 상면에는 음각 또는 양각으로의 특정 패턴의 형상이 가공되며 중앙측에 체결홀이 관통 형성되는 중앙돌기와, 상기 몸체부의 저면측으로 삽입될 수 있는 폭을 갖는 판형 구조로 상기 중앙돌기의 하단과 동일선상으로 형성되어 상기 중앙돌기의 각 측면에 일체 형성되는 고정날개부와, 상기 각 고정날개부의 양측 끝단을 따라 형성되어 상기 몸체부의 결합날개부와 후크 결합방식으로 결합되기 위한 걸림부가 형성된 결합후크와, 상기 보강판의 두께와 대응되는 폭으로 상기 각 고정날개부의 중앙측이 절개되어 형성되는 보강판 삽입홈, 및 상기 중앙돌기의 측면과 고정날개부의 상면에 접촉되도록 고정날개부의 길이방향을 따라 형성되는 복수개의 고정날개 보강리브를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
