본 발명은 수문 개폐 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 수문 개폐 장치는 수문, 수문에 연결되고, 일측에 톱니가 형성된 래크바, 래크바의 톱니에 연결된 톱니 바퀴를 통해 래크바를 상향 또는 하향 이동시켜 수문을 통한 유량의 흐름을 제어하는 권양기, 빛 에너지를 전기 에너지로 변환하는 복수의 태앙 전지들로 구성된 태양 전지판, 태양 전지판에 연결되어 전기 에너지를 저장하는 축전지, 권양기는 태양 전지에 연결되는 제 1 단자들과, 배터리에 연결되는 제 2 단자들을 구비하고, 래크바의 상향 또는 하향 동작을 위한 전원을 제 1 단자들과 제 2 단자들 중 하나를 통해 공급받는다.
The present invention relates to a floodgate opening and closing device. The floodgate opening and closing device of the present invention includes: a floodgate; a rack bar connected to the floodgate and having teeth on one side thereof; a winch for controlling a flow rate and a flow of water through the floodgate by moving the rack bar up or down via a toothed wheel connected to the teeth of the rack bar; a solar panel composed of a plurality of solar cells for converting light energy into electric energy; a storage battery connected to the solar panel for storing the electric energy, wherein the winch has first terminals connected to the solar cell and second terminals connected to the battery, and is supplied with power for an upward or downward operation of the rack bar through one of the first terminals and the second terminals.
