Scaffold Having Removable Mold and Installation method thereof
The present invention relates to a scaffold including a detachable mold, capable of improving work efficiency, and an installation method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the scaffold including a detachable mold comprises: a mold panel formed by coupling a plurality of molds; a scaffold coupled to a position, in which the scaffolds are overlapped with each other, on the rear surface of the mold panel, and including a plurality of coupling pipes, a plurality of vertical members to fix the coupling pipes thereto and vertically formed to support a load, and a horizontal member to interconnect the vertical members; a plurality of footplates installed in the scaffold and coupling both end parts to the horizontal members to be used for material transfer and be used as a worker′s passage; a plurality of fixing pipes coupling one side to the mold panel with respect to the scaffold and formed in a diagonal line as one end part is rotated by a hinge; and a falling matter prevention net disposed between the fixing pipes to prevent a matter from being fallen. The scaffold is coupled to the other scaffold combining the mold panel, the footplate, and the falling matter prevention net to an upper part. When the scaffold combined with the other mold panel is stacked on an upper part, the mold panel is removed from the scaffold.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 착탈 가능한 거푸집을 구비하는 비계는 다수의 거푸집이 결합되어 형성되는 거푸집패널과, 상기 거푸집패널의 후면에서 다수의 상기 거푸집이 서로 접하는 위치에 다수가 결합되는 결합관과, 다수의 상기 결합관이 고정되며, 수직으로 형성됨에 따라 하중을 지지하는 다수의 수직부재와, 다수의 상기 수직부재를 서로 연결하는 수평부재를 구비하는 비계와, 상기 비계에 구비되어 재료의 운반 및 작업자의 통로로 사용되도록 다수의 상기 수평부재에 양단부가 결합되는 다수의 발판과, 상기 비계를 중심으로 상기 거푸집패널과 타측에 결합되며, 일단부가 힌지에 의하여 회전함에 따라 사선으로 형성되는 다수의 고정관과, 다수의 고정관 사이에 구비되어 낙하물의 낙하를 방지하는 안전망을 구비하는 낙하물 방지망을 구비하고, 상기 비계는 상부에 상기 거푸집패널 및 상기 발판과 상기 낙하물 방지망이 결합된 타 비계가 결합되고, 상기 거푸집패널은 타 거푸집패널이 결합된 비계가 상부에 적층되면 상기 비계에서 제거될 수 있다.
