COUPLER APPARATUS FOR CONNECTING EACH THREAD BARS OF PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBERS AND CONNECTING METHOD OF PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a coupler device for connecting thread bars of precast concrete members and a method for connecting precast concrete members using the same that are capable of adjusting the location of a female coupler in such a manner as to be screw-fastened to a male coupler even though center axial lines of steel bars exposed from the precast concrete members, thereby accurately connecting the precast concrete members, and that are capable of minimizing the use of fixing set nuts when thread bars on which threads are machined on ends of a first steel bar and a second steel bar are connected with each other, thereby reducing a period of construction and a construction cost. According to the present invention, the coupler device for connecting thread bars of a first precast concrete member (110) and a second precast concrete member (120) includes: a male coupler (210) having a first steel bar insertion screw thread (212) formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof in such a manner as to be screw-fastened to a screw thread machined end portion of a first steel bar (150) exposed from the first precast concrete member (110) and a male coupler outer peripheral screw thread (213) formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof; a female coupler (220) having a location adjusting tolerance hole (223) inserted into a second steel bar (160) exposed from the second precast concrete member (120) and a female coupler inner peripheral screw thread (222) formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof in such a manner as to screw-fastened to the male coupler outer peripheral screw thread (213) after finely adjusted to move to a side; a female coupler distance adjusting member (230) for finely adjusting and moving the female coupler (220) to the side in a state of being screw-fastened to the second steel bar (160); and a fixing set nut (240) screw-fastened to the screw thread machined end portion of the first steel bar (150) to fix the male coupler (210) to the first steel bar (150).
제작장에서 사전 제작된 프리캐스트 콘크리트부재를 현장에 반입하여 철근 연결 등의 조립을 수행할 경우, 각각의 프리캐스트 콘크리트부재로부터 노출된 철근의 중심축선이 상당량 일치하지 않는 경우에도 암커플러의 위치를 조정하여 수커플러와 나사체결함으로써 프리캐스트 콘크리트부재를 정확하게 연결할 수 있고, 또한, 본 제1 철근 및 제2 철근의 단부에 각각 나사산이 가공된 나사형 철근 연결시, 고정용 세트너트의 사용을 최소함으로써 공기 및 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 또한, 서로 연결하기 위한 제1 철근 및 제2 철근의 중심축선을 정확하게 일치시키지 않고도 암커플러 간격조정부재를 사용하여 암커플러 및 수커플러를 용이하게 체결할 수 있는, 프리캐스트 콘크리트부재의 나사형 철근 연결용 커플러 장치 및 이를 이용한 프리캐스트 콘크리트부재 연결 방법이 제공된다.

The present invention relates to a coupler device for connecting thread bars of precast concrete members and a method for connecting precast concrete members using the same that are capable of adjusting the location of a female coupler in such a manner as to be screw-fastened to a male coupler even though center axial lines of steel bars exposed from the precast concrete members, thereby accurately connecting the precast concrete members, and that are capable of minimizing the use of fixing set nuts when thread bars on which threads are machined on ends of a first steel bar and a second steel bar are connected with each other, thereby reducing a period of construction and a construction cost. According to the present invention, the coupler device for connecting thread bars of a first precast concrete member (110) and a second precast concrete member (120) includes: a male coupler (210) having a first steel bar insertion screw thread (212) formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof in such a manner as to be screw-fastened to a screw thread machined end portion of a first steel bar (150) exposed from the first precast concrete member (110) and a male coupler outer peripheral screw thread (213) formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof; a female coupler (220) having a location adjusting tolerance hole (223) inserted into a second steel bar (160) exposed from the second precast concrete member (120) and a female coupler inner peripheral screw thread (222) formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof in such a manner as to screw-fastened to the male coupler outer peripheral screw thread (213) after finely adjusted to move to a side; a female coupler distance adjusting member (230) for finely adjusting and moving the female coupler (220) to the side in a state of being screw-fastened to the second steel bar (160); and a fixing set nut (240) screw-fastened to the screw thread machined end portion of the first steel bar (150) to fix the male coupler (210) to the first steel bar (150).
제작장에서 사전 제작된 프리캐스트 콘크리트부재를 현장에 반입하여 철근 연결 등의 조립을 수행할 경우, 각각의 프리캐스트 콘크리트부재로부터 노출된 철근의 중심축선이 상당량 일치하지 않는 경우에도 암커플러의 위치를 조정하여 수커플러와 나사체결함으로써 프리캐스트 콘크리트부재를 정확하게 연결할 수 있고, 또한, 본 제1 철근 및 제2 철근의 단부에 각각 나사산이 가공된 나사형 철근 연결시, 고정용 세트너트의 사용을 최소함으로써 공기 및 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 또한, 서로 연결하기 위한 제1 철근 및 제2 철근의 중심축선을 정확하게 일치시키지 않고도 암커플러 간격조정부재를 사용하여 암커플러 및 수커플러를 용이하게 체결할 수 있는, 프리캐스트 콘크리트부재의 나사형 철근 연결용 커플러 장치 및 이를 이용한 프리캐스트 콘크리트부재 연결 방법이 제공된다.
