본 발명은 지하 도관의 보수 장치 및 그의 보수 방법에 관한 것이고, 구체적으로 보수 로봇과 밀폐 패드에 의하여 큰 직경을 가진 지하 도관의 보수 장치 및 그의 보수 방법에 관한 것이다. 지하 도관의 보수 장치는 지하 도관(T)의 내부에서 이동 가능한 로봇(RB); 지하 도관(T)의 벽면에 접촉 가능한 접촉면을 가지는 보수 패드(12); 로봇(RB)과 보수 패드(12)를 연결하는 조절 부재(11); 및 외부로부터 주입되는 보수제를 보수 패드(12)로 공급하는 도관 커넥터(LH);를 포함하고, 상기 보수 패드(12)는 보수 지점에 접촉되어 도관 커넥터(LH)로부터 공급되는 보수제를 보수 지점에 공급하면서 조절 부재(11)에 연결된 로봇을 보수 지점에 고정시킨다.
