MOLDING SYSTEM USING SOUND INSULATOR AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a molding system using a sound insulation material and a construction method thereof, wherein the sound insulation material is detachably coupled to a truss material, and detachment of the truss material and movement of a truss fitting material are easily performed in accordance with the diagonal cut of the molding system using a sound insulation material. The molding system using a sound insulation material comprises: a sound insulation material, wherein a wide bottom and narrow top type truss material insertion groove is extended from a surface in a recessed groove shape; a board material coming in contact with the surface of the truss material insertion groove of the sound insulation material and integrated with the truss material insertion groove; and a truss fitting material having an insertion hole fitting material horizontally inserted along an insertion hole unit of the board material formed on the truss material insertion groove and a truss bottom chord fitting material formed to be exposed from the upper surface of the board material in the upper portion of the insertion hole fitting material to enable the truss material to be detachably installed.
차음재와 트러스재가 탈착이 가능하도록 결합되며, 차음재를 이용한 거푸집시스템의 사선절개에 따른 트러스재의 분리 및 트러스끼움재의 이동배치가 용이한 차음재를 이용한 거푸집시스템 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 차음재를 이용한 거푸집시스템은 하광상협의 트러스재 삽입홈이 표면에 파여진 홈 형태로 연장 형성된 차음재; 상기 차음재의 트러스재 삽입홈과 표면에 접하여 일체화된 판재; 및 상기 트러스재 삽입홈에 형성된 판재의 삽입홀부를 따라 수평 삽입되는 삽입홀끼움재와 상기 삽입홀끼움재 상부에 판재 상면에 노출되도록 형성되어 트러스재가 탈착되도록 설치되는 트러스하현끼움재를 포함하는 트러스끼움재;를 포함한다.
