MOLDING SYSTEM USING QUASI-NONCOMBUSTIBLE HEAT INSULATOR AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a form system using a semi-incombustible insulation material, such as glass wool or rock wool, in which a truss material is detachably engaged to the semi-incombustible insulation material, and separation of the truss material and displacement of a truss insert material are easily performed by cutting the semi-incombustible insulation material along a diagonal line, and a construction method thereof. The form system includes a semi-incombustible insulation material with a panel insertion hole formed on a surface as a vertical groove type; a panel material installed on the panel insertion hole and the surface of the semi-incombustible insulation material; and a truss material installed onto a top surface of the panel material. The panel material is continuously and integrally formed with a horizontal portion and an insertion hole portion, in which the horizontal portion comes into contact with one surface of the semi-incombustible insulation material, and the insertion hole portion, which is downwardly bent, is inserted between the horizontal portions by corresponding to a cross sectional shape of the panel insertion hole.
글라스울(Glass Wool), 락울(Rock Wool)과 같은 준불연성단열재와 트러스재가 일체로 탈착이 가능하도록 결합되며, 사선절개에 따른 트러스재의 분리 및 트러스끼움재의 이동배치가 용이한 준불연성단열재를 이용한 거푸집시스템 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 준불연성단열재를 이용한 거푸집시스템은 판재삽입홀이 표면에 파여진 수직홈 형태로 연장 형성된 준불연성단열재; 상기 준불연성단열재의 판재삽입홀과 표면에 접하여 일체화된 판재; 및 상기 판재의 상면에 설치된 트러스재;를 포함하며, 상기 판재는 준불연성단열재 일면에 접하는 수평부와 수평부와 수평부 사이에 하방으로 절곡된 부위로서 판재삽입홀의 단면형상에 대응하여 삽입 설치되는 삽입홀부가 연속하여 일체로 형성되도록 하게 된다.
