Rackpinion type jacking system of jack-up barges
The present invention relates to a jacking system of a rack and pinion type for jack-up barges that adjusts a position of a platform of the jack-up barge to a post (leg) means by guiding and lifting the post means which penetrates through a fixing hole vertically penetrating the platform, thereby providing a simple configuration. The jacking system comprises: a rack gear disposed on the post means in a longitudinal direction and having a plurality of rack gear teeth on its surface in the longitudinal direction; a pinion gear engaged to a stationary bracket fixed to the platform to be idled, and meshed with the rack gear; and a driving means provided to the stationary bracket to selectively rotate the pinion gear forwardly or reversely and thus move the stationary bracket up and down on the rack gear, thereby jacking the platform. The driving means has a crank shaft engaged to the stationary bracket to be idled, and configured to rotate in the same direction as the pinion gear, a crank arm fixed to an end of the crank shaft and having a crank pin fixed to a portion, and a driving cylinder having a piston rod engaged to the crank pin to be idled, of which a portion is rotatably fixed to the stationary bracket.
본 발명은, 구조가 간단하여 경제적으로 제공할 수 있도록;승강식 부선의 플랫폼에 수직상으로 관통 형성된 고정공을 관통하면서 수용되어 안내되는 포스트(레그)수단을 안내하면서 승강시켜 상기 포스트(레그)수단에 대하여 상기 플랫폼의 위치를 조절하여 고정하도록 된 잭업바지선의 랙앤피니언 타입 잭킹시스템에 있어서; 상기 포스트(레그)수단에 수직상 길이방향으로 길이를 가지면서 배치되며 표면에 길이 방향으로 다수의 랙기어치들이 연속반복되면서 구비되는 랙기어와; 상기 플랫폼에 고정된 고정브라켓에 공회전가능하게 축결합되며 상기 랙기어와 기어결합하는 피니언기어와; 상기 고정브라켓에 구비되며 상기 피니언기어를 선택적으로 정역회전시켜 상기 랙기어상에서 상기 고정브라켓을 승하강시킴으로 상기 플랫폼을 잭킹하도록 된 구동수단을 포함하여 이루어지되; 상기 구동수단은, 상기 고정브라켓이 공회전가능하게 축결합하며 상기 피니언기어가 동일방향으로 회전하도록 고정된 크랭크축과, 상기 크랭크축의 단부에 고정되며 일부위에 크랭크핀이 고정된 크랭크암과, 상기 크랭크핀에 공회전가능하게 축결합된 피스톤로드를 가지며 일부위가 상기 고정브라켓에 축회전가능하게 고정된 구동실린더를 포함하는 잭업바지선의 랙앤피니언 타입 잭킹시스템를 제공한다.
