The present invention relates to a prefabricated transport facility pontoon. Particularly, the present invention relates to a new concept technique which greatly reduces the time and cost required for manufacturing a transportation facility pontoon and assures safety of pedestrians by simply mounting and assembling a prefabricated pedestal to a lower part of the pontoon. Conventionally, production facility of the transportation facility pontoon has very different production quality depending on competence of a worker due to occurrence of welding sites in attachment of ribs, taking a lot of time and manufacturing costs, having significant deterioration in the cadastral and pedestrian obstacles to obstructing beauty of an environment-friendly city, and the safety, and corroding welded part due to moisture and salt. As a method for solving such a problem, the present invention proposes a technique joining the lower part of the pontoon with a prefabricated pedestal, passing through inner and outer surfaces of the pontoon, configured so that a plurality of fastening bolts are fastened to bolt receiving grooves formed on the bottom surface of the prefabricated pedestal, and assembled and installed at the bottom of the pontoon.
본 발명은 조립식 교통시설물 철주에 관한 것으로, 특히 철주의 하부에 조립식 주각을 간편하게 끼움 조립하는 방식으로 교통시설물 철주의 제작에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 대폭 절감하고, 보행자의 안전을 도모하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 교통시설물 철주는 리브의 부착에 용접부위가 발생하여 작업자의 역량에 따라 생산품질이 매우 상이하고, 많은 시간과 제작비용이 소요되며, 친환경 도시미관을 저해하는 지적과 보행자의 보행방해, 안전성이 크게 저하되고, 수분과 염분으로 인해 용접부위가 부식되는 문제점이 대두된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 철주의 하부에 조립식 주각을 끼움 결합한 후 철주의 내·외면을 관통하여 결합된 다수의 고정볼트를 조립식 주각의 저면에 형성된 볼트 걸림홈에 걸림 고정하여 조립식 주각을 철주의 하단에 일체로 조립설치하도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
