BASIS STRUCTURE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC FACILITY STEEL POLE
The present invention relates to a foundation structure for constructing a traffic facility steel pole without a foundation anchor, and more specifically, to a novel technique which conveniently constructs a traffic facility steel pole without using a foundation anchor, and prevents exposure of a steel pole foundation to the ground to improve appearance and eliminate interference with passage of a pedestrian. A conventional steel pole foundation protrudes above a sidewalk while embedded in the ground to degrade appearance and cause inconvenience in passage of the pedestrian and an accident involving a human and property, exposes a foundation anchor embedded in the steel pole foundation to the outside to damage the foundation anchor while storing or transporting the steel pole foundation to impede smooth construction, increases distribution costs, has a complex structure since the foundation anchor is used, is difficult to manufacture to increase costs, and requires more manpower and longer construction time. To resolve the problems, the present invention forms an H-shaped steel pole embedment groove dented in the middle of an upper portion during a manufacturing process for the steel pole foundation to directly insert and install an H-shaped prop into the steel pole embedment groove to simply construct the traffic facility steel pole without using an additional foundation anchor.
본 발명은 기초앙카가 없는 교통시설물 철주 시공용 기초구조물에 관한 것으로, 특히 기초앙카를 사용하지 않고 교통시설물 철주를 간편 시공함은 물론 철주기초가 지상으로 노출됨을 방지하여 미관성을 높이면서 보행자의 통행에 지장을 주지 않도록 하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 철주기초는 지중에 매설된 상태에서 인도의 상부로 돌출됨으로써 미관성을 저해함은 물론 보행자의 통행에 불편함을 초래하고, 인사사고를 유발하며, 상기 철주기초에 매설된 기초앙카는 외부로 돌출되어 철주기초를 보관하거나 운반과정에서 기초앙카가 훼손되어 원활한 시공성을 저해하는 한편, 물류비가 높아지고, 상기 기초앙카를 사용함에 따라 구조가 복잡하고 제작이 어려워 코스트가 증가하며, 시공에 따른 작업인력 및 시공시간이 많이 소요되는 폐단이 있다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위한 방안으로 상기 철주기초의 제작과정에서 상부 중앙에 H형의 철주 매설홈을 함몰 형성하여 별도의 기초앙카를 사용하지 않고 상기 철주 매설홈에 H형 지주를 직접 삽입 설치하는 간단한 방법으로 교통시설물 철주를 시공할 수 있도록 함을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
