STEEL POLE FOR TRAFFIC FACILITY WITH H TYPE PROP
The present invention relates to a steel pole for a traffic facility having an H-shaped prop, and more specifically, to a novel technique which simplifies a structure of a steel pole for a traffic facility, improves structural strength and manufacturability, and drastically reduces manufacturing costs and distribution costs. A conventional steel pole for a traffic facility has a rather complex structure, increases distribution costs for loading, storing, and transporting, is difficult to manufacture since the overall structure is complex, increases manufacturing costs, and degrades structural strength. To resolve the problems, the present invention directly installs a first horizontal beam on a side plate of an H-shaped prop without using an additional connection means, and connects and installs a second horizontal beam on a horizontal beam attachment flange installed and integrated into both side plates of the H-shaped prop.
본 발명은 H형 지주를 갖는 교통시설물 철주에 관한 것으로, 특히 상기 교통시설물 철주의 구조를 간소화하면서도 구조강도를 개선하고, 제작성의 향상은 물론 제작에 따른 코스트 및 물류비를 획기적으로 절감하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 교통시설물 철주는 다소 구조가 복잡함은 물론 이를 적재하여 보관하거나 운반에 따른 물류비가 높아지고, 전체적인 구조가 복잡함에 따라 제작이 어려울 뿐만 아니라 제작에 따른 코스크가 증가하며, 구조강도가 저하되는 개선점을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위한 본 발명은 별도의 연결수단을 사용하지 않고 H형 지주의 측판에 제1 가로보를 직접 연결 설치할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 H형 지주의 양 측판에 일체로 연결 설치된 가로보 부착플랜지에 제2 가로보를 연결 설치할 수 있도록 함을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
