Ceiling Panel Safety Lock Device in Clean Room
The present invention relates to a ceiling panel safety lock device in a clean room, which comprises: a mold bar member arranged in the latticed shape for a blind panel to be installed therein; a blind panel member installed between mold bars which are arranged in the latticed shape; and a locking member individually installed on both side surfaces of the blind panel member for the blind panel member to be locked in the mold bar member. Therefore, the blind panel member installed in the mold bar member is installed in a state of being locked in the mold bar member, and falling of the blind panel member and a negligent accident caused by falling of a worker can be prevented. Moreover, the worker can check whether the blind panel member is locked with the naked eye, and the blind panel member can be conveniently and safely fixated to the mold bars.
클린룸의 천장패널 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 블라인드 패널이 설치되도록 격자 형상으로 배치되는 몰드바부재; 상기 격자로 배치된 몰드바 사이에 설치되는 블라인드 패널부재; 상기 블라인드 패널부재가 상기 몰드바부재에 록킹되도록 상기 블라인드 패널부재의 양 측면에 각각 설치되는 록킹부재;를 마련하여 몰드바부재에 설치되는 블라인드 패널부재를 몰드바부재에 록킹된 상태로 설치할 수 있게 되고, 이로 인해 블라인드 패널부재의 낙하 및 작업자의 낙하로 인한 안전사고를 방지할 수 있으며, 작업자가 블라인드 패널부재의 록킹 여부를 육안으로 확인할 수 있고, 블라인드 패널부재를 간편하게 몰드바에 안전하게 고정시킬 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
