Ceiling Panel Safety Lock Device in Clean Room
The present invention relates to a roof panel locking device for a clean room, capable of reducing manufacturing costs while preventing the fatigue of a worker. More specifically, a ceiling panel locking device installed in a clean room, includes: a body member comprising two bodies capable of being separated and coupled, while having a gear of a predetermined length formed on the inner surface thereof; and a binding member installed to be reciprocally movable in a longitudinal direction within the body member by being coupled with the gear, while moving into or out of the body member to bind and release ceiling panels adjacent to each other. The binding member includes: a binding body formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape while having an elongated hole bored in a longitudinal direction on the outer surface thereof, and having rotation grooves formed on opposed inner surfaces of the elongated hole, respectively; and a rotary gear having both sides inserted into rotation holes to be rotatable, while having a lower part coupled with the gear.
본 발명은 제작에 따른 비용을 감소시키되 작업자의 피로도를 방지할 수 있는 클린룸의 루프패널 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 클린룸에 설치되는 천장패널 잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 잠금장치는 분리 결합이 가능한 두 몸체로 구비되되 내면에는 소정길이의 기어가 형성된 몸체부재 및 상기 기어와 서로 치(齒) 결합하여 상기 몸체부재 내에서 길이방향으로 왕복 이동가능하게 설치되되 이동방향에 따라 상기 몸체부재 내외로 출입하여 서로 이웃하는 천장패널 간의 결속 및 해지가 구현되는 결속부재를 포함하되, 상기 결속부재는 직육면체의 형상으로 이루어지되 외면에는 길이방향으로 장공이 천공 형성되며, 상기 장공의 서로 마주보는 내면에는 각각 회전홈이 형성된 결속몸체, 양측이 상기 회전공에 회전가능하게 삽입되되 하부는 상기 기어와 서로 치 결합하는 회전기어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
