The present invention relates to a rainwater collection device and a method for building the same that is capable of allowing rainwater to be collected in a water collector, without being discharged through a drain hole, thereby removing a drought and washing surrounding areas with the collected rainwater. According to the present invention, the rainwater collection device includes: a water collector (100) for collecting rainwater in a portion of a road (10) around a boundary stone (40) in a state where a ground surface (30) is stepped to define a walkway (20) from the road (10), asphalt and concrete (11) are paved on the top of the ground surface (30) around the boundary stone (40), and walkway blocks (21) are covered on the walkway (20); and a water collection tank (130) connected to the water collector (100) by means of a supply pipe (140) to desalinate the collected water, wherein the water collector (100) includes: a rainwater accommodation portion (110) seated on a space portion (31) in the ground surface (30) around the boundary stone (40) to introduce rainwater flowing from the road (10) and the walkway (20) therein; and a filtering layer (120) laid on the top of the rainwater accommodation portion (110) to filter foreign matters mixed in the rainwater and to thus allow the rainwater from which the foreign matters are removed to be introduced into the rainwater accommodation portion (110).
본 발명은 빗물 집수장치 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 빗물이 배수구를 통해 그대로 버려지지 않고 집수장치에 집수가 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 집수장치에 집수된 물을 이용하여 가뭄해소 및 주변을 깨끗하게 청소할 수 있도록 빗물 집수장치 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 이는 도로(10) 및 보도(20)를 경계하기 의하여 지면(30)을 단차지도록 한 상태에서 경계석(40)을 기점으로 하여 지면의 상면에 아스팔트 및 콘크리트(11)가 포장되고, 보도블록(21)이 덮이도록 한 상태에서 상기 경계석(40)을 기점으로 하여 도로(10)의 일부분에 빗물이 집수될 수 있도록 하는 집수장치(100)와; 상기 집수장치(100)와 공급관(140)으로 연결되어 집수되는 물을 담수시켜 주는 집수탱크(130)를 포함하되, 상기 집수장치(100)는 경계석(40)을 기점으로 하여 지면(30)에 파여진 공간부(31)에 안착시켜 도로(10)와 보도(20)을보ㅜ터 흘러내리는 빗물이 유입되어 흐를수 있도록 하는 빗물수용부(110)와; 상기 빗물수용부 상면에 적층되는 상태로 하여 빗물에 섞여있는 이물질을 걸러주어 이물질이 제거된 빗물이 빗물수용부내로 유입될 수 있도록 하는 걸름층(120)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
