The present invention relates to an opening and closing valve device for an intercepting facility. The opening and closing valve device for an intercepting facility includes: a valve main body forming an opening and closing valve; a pneumatic cylinder installed on the front surface of the valve main body; a rise maintaining unit installed on the pneumatic cylinder; and a control unit controlling air pressure operating the pneumatic cylinder. Moreover, a sewage filter unit filtering the inflow of sewage is also installed on the front surface. So, the valve main body is simplified in comparison with existing compositions. Therefore, transportation and construction work of the lightweight opening and closing valve can be easily and conveniently performed. In addition, the unnecessary air pressure is blocked by using the rise maintaining unit and the control unit, and an opening and closing plate can maintain an ascent state or a descent state. So, operation costs can be saved. Moreover, the descending opening and closing plate (130) removes piled earth and sand by pushing the earth and sand to the lower side and the front side by first and second opening units. So, the opening and closing valve device for an intercepting facility can solve a problem that the opening and closing valve cannot be opened and closed. In addition, the opening and closing valve device for an intercepting facility can prevent a removing work of a sewage treatment plant or blockage of the opening and closing valve in advance by blocking the inflow of the sewage with heavy volume by a hanging rod.
본 발명은 차집시설용 개폐밸브장치에 관한 것으로서, 개폐밸브를 구성하는 밸브본체와 그 밸브본체 전면에 설치되는 공압실린와 그 공압실린더에 설치되는 상승유지수단과 상기 공압실린더를 작동시키는 공압을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 더불어, 전면에 설치되어 오물의 유입을 차단하는 오물필터부가 더 포함시켜, 밸브본체를 종래의 구성보다 단순화시킴으로써, 경량화된 개폐밸브의 운반 및 시공작업을 쉽고 간편하게 수행할 수 있고, 또한, 상승유지수단 및 제어부를 이용하여 불필요한 공압을 차단하고도 개폐플레이트가 상승 또는 하강 상태를 유지할 수 있어 운용비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 더불어 제1,2개구부에 의해 적층된 토사를 하강하는 개폐플레이트(130)가 개방된 전방과 하방향으로 밀어서 제거시켜 개폐밸브의 폐쇄불가능한 문제를 해소할 수 있고, 또한 걸림봉이 부피가 큰 오물의 유입을 차단하여 개폐밸브가 막히거나 종말처리장의 제거작업을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 유용한 차집시설용 개폐밸브장치를 제공하는 것이다.

The present invention relates to an opening and closing valve device for an intercepting facility.
