FIRE RESISTANT BUILDING REPAIR EQUIPMENT AND BUILDING REPAIR METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a building maintenance apparatus for preventing fire from spreading. A building maintenance apparatus for preventing fire from spreading, which prevents fire from spreading due to an external insulating finishing material installed at an outer wall of a building, comprises: an angle unit coupled to an interlayer boundary in the outer wall of the building, from which a part of the external insulating finishing material is removed; and an incombustible unit which is positioned at an upper part of the angle unit, and which is incombustible. The incombustible unit is arranged in a strip shape in the Y-axis direction at an interlayer boundary area of the building. Therefore, in case a fire breaks out in the building, the flow of a fire moving to upper and lower levels of the building is cut off, thereby preventing a fire from spreading.
본 발명은 화재확산방지 건축물 보수장치에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 외벽에 설치되는 외부단열마감재로 인한 화재 확산을 방지하는 화재확산방지 건축물 보수장치에 있어서, 상기 외부단열마감재의 일부가 제거된 상기 건축물의 외벽 중 층간 경계에 결합되는 앵글부, 및 상기 앵글부 상부에 위치되며 불연소되는 불연재부를 포함하며, 상기 불연재부는 상기 건축물의 층간 경계 부분에 Y축 방향으로 띠 형태로 배치되어 상기 건축물 화재시 상기 건축물의 상하층으로 이동되는 불의 흐름을 차단하여 화재의 확산을 방지할 수 있다.
