ACP HYBRID ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANEL SYSTEM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a hybrid aluminum composite panel system and a manufacturing method thereof. In particular, in a hybrid aluminum composite panel system and a manufacturing method thereof, a buffering member is inserted between a Z-bar and a bent surface of an aluminum composite panel (ACP). In addition, a solar cell unit and a light entering member are attached on the front surface of the ACP. Therefore, manufactured is a panel which provides strong durability against an earthquake, external shock and deformation of a base metal, and which can produce electricity in addition to functioning as an exterior material of a building, thereby contributing to electric supply for a building.
본 발명은 하이브리드 ACP 시스템 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, Z바(Z-bar)와 알루미늄 합성 패널(Aluminum Composite Panel; ACP)의 절곡면 사이에 완충부재를 삽입하고 ACP의 전면에 태양전지부와 입사부재를 부착함으로써, 지진, 외부충격 및 하지 철물의 변형 등에 강한 내구조성을 가지는 패널을 제작할 수 있고 건축 외장재 기능과 함께 전기 또한 생산해 낼 수 있어 건축물 전력 수급에 일조할 수 있는, 하이브리드 ACP 시스템 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a hybrid aluminum composite panel system and a manufacturing method thereof.
