EVA Method constructing structure of ethylene vinyl acetate waterproof sheet attaching to non-oven fabrics by a heat fuse on the tunnel shot-crete
The present invention relates to an integrated waterproof sheet construction method using a structure of an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) sheet of an integrated waterproof sheet, wherein the integrated waterproof sheet is formed by hot melting of the EVA sheet having a drain protrusion formed thereon and non-woven fabric to improve a water flowing cross section and drainage efficiency, and groundwater of a stabilizer is normally drained by the drain protrusion without being remained even if the non-woven fabric is occluded by fine particles while being adapted to drainage of the groundwater in an early excavation stage. More specifically, provided are an attachment strength reinforcing function and an extended drainage function at the same time. A central hot melting surface section is longitudinally formed at the center of a short lateral direction of the EVA sheet and a plurality of hot melting surface sections are symmetrically formed on both sides at a predetermined interval with respect to the central hot melting section to extend an attachment area, such that the attachment strength reinforcing function in accordance with extension of the attachment area solves a problem that the non-woven fabric is delaminated by point welding of the existing integrated waterproof sheet. A drainage cell (cf) fills between the hot melting sections excluding the hot melting section and a fine guided water path groove (b) is formed between the drainage protrusions of the drainage protrusion cell (cf) while forming a unit assembly cell (U) with vertical and horizontal drains (B, D) surrounding four sides of the drainage protrusion cell (cf), such that a water flow cross section is extended through a plurality of drainage paths, and thus the extended drainage function is provided to the EVA sheet structure.
본 발명은 배수돌기가 형성된 EVA 시트와, 그리고 부직포를 열융착에 의해 일체형 방수시트를 형성함으로써 통수단면과 배수효율을 향상되게 할 뿐만 아니라 굴착초기의 지하수의 용수배수에 적응하도록 하면서 부직포가 미세립자로 인해 폐색된다하더라도 배수돌기에 의해 안정기의 지하수가 잔류됨 없이 정상적으로 아치하부로 배수되도록 한 발명이다. 이를 좀 더 구체적으로 말하면, 첫째, EVA 시트의 짧은 폭 방향의 중앙에 종 방향으로 길게 중심 열융착 면(面) 구간을 형성하고, 중심 열융착 구간을 기준으로 양측에 일정간격을 두고 대칭으로 열융착 면(面) 구간을 다수 개 형성하여 그 부착면적을 확장함으로써 종래 일체형 방수시트의 점융착으로 인한 부직포와의 탈락의 문제점을 해결하고자한 부착면적의 확장에 따른 부착강도 강화기능과, 둘째, 열융착 구간을 제외한 열융착 구간과 열융착 구간사이에는 배수돌기 셀(cf)로 채워지되 배수돌기 셀(cf)의 사변주변을 둘러싸고 있는 종ㆍ횡 배수로(B)(D)와 함께 단위 집합 셀(cell)(U)을 형성하면서 배수돌기 셀(cf)의 배수돌기사이에 미세 유도수로홈(b)을 형성하여 여러 배수통로를 통한 통수단면을 확대함으로써 EVA 시트구조에 더한층 확대된 배수기능을 동시에 갖도록 한 발명이다.
