EVA Structure of ethylene vinyl acetate waterproof sheet attaching to non-oven fabrics by a heat fuse
The present invention provides an EVA sheet structure of an integrated waterproof sheet, in which an integrated waterproof sheet is formed by thermally bonding an EVA sheet having drainage protrusions and non-woven fabric such that underground water at a stable stage of excavation is normally drained to a lower part of an arch, without remaining, by the drainage protrusions while being adapted to drainage of the underground at an initial stage of the excavation. Specifically, firstly, the present invention forms a central thermal bonded surface section long in a longitudinal direction at the center in the short width direction of the EVA sheet and forms multiple thermal bonded surface sections symmetrically on both sides from the central thermal bonded surface section to be spaced at regular intervals to increase the attachment area, thereby having an attachment strength increase function in accordance with the increase of the attachment area in order to solve a problem of separation from the non-woven fabric caused by spot bonding of the conventional integrated waterproof sheet. Secondly, the present invention fills drainage protrusion cells (cf) in a gap between the thermal bonded sections wherein the gap is not thermally bonded, whereas unit set cells (U) are formed with longitudinal and traverse drains (B, D) surrounding four sides of the drainage protrusion cells (cf) and micro inducing water path recesses (b) are formed between the drainage protrusions of the drainage protrusion cells (cf) to increase water connection cross section through multiple drainage paths, thereby having a drainage function much more added to the EVA sheet structure.
본 발명은 배수돌기가 형성된 EVA 시트와, 그리고 부직포를 열융착에 의해 일체형 방수시트를 형성함으로써 통수단면과 배수효율을 향상되게 할 뿐만 아니라 굴착초기의 지하수의 용수배수에 적응하도록 하면서 부직포가 미세립자로 인해 폐색된다하더라도 배수돌기에 의해 안정기의 지하수가 잔류됨 없이 정상적으로 아치하부로 배수되도록 한 발명이다. 이를 좀 더 구체적으로 말하면, 첫째, EVA 시트의 짧은 폭 방향의 중앙에 종 방향으로 길게 중심 열융착 면(面) 구간을 형성하고, 중심 열융착 구간을 기준으로 양측에 일정간격을 두고 대칭으로 열융착 면(面) 구간을 다수 개 형성하여 그 부착면적을 확장함으로써 종래 일체형 방수시트의 점융착으로 인한 부직포와의 탈락의 문제점을 해결하고자한 부착면적의 확장에 따른 부착강도 강화기능과, 둘째, 열융착 구간을 제외한 열융착 구간과 열융착 구간사이에는 배수돌기 셀(cf)로 채워지되 배수돌기 셀(cf)의 사변주변을 둘러싸고 있는 종ㆍ횡 배수로(B)(D)와 함께 단위 집합 셀(cell)(U)을 형성하면서 배수돌기 셀(cf)의 배수돌기사이에 미세 유도수로홈(b)을 형성하여 여러 배수통로를 통한 통수단면을 확대함으로써 EVA 시트구조에 더한층 확대된 배수기능을 동시에 갖도록 한 발명이다.
