Reinforcement Block having a Groove for winding reinforcement
The present invention relates to a reinforced earth block having a reinforcement material winding part, capable of stably winding a strip-shaped reinforcement material. According to the present invention, the reinforced earth block comprises: a block body to form an entire appearance; a plurality of multipurpose holes perforated in the block body to be filled with filling aggregate; front and rear corrugations engaging with other block bodies in the horizontal direction of the block body; an insertion protrusion and groove to be insertion-coupled to a vertically stacked block body with each other; a slip prevention part to cover a part of the upper surface of the block body and to allow both end parts to prevent slip of the strip-shaped reinforcement material which is surrounded in a lower direction and going out to a rear side; and the reinforcement material winding part guiding the strip-shaped reinforcement material to be surrounded while being not pressed by other adjacent block bodies and minimizing a folded amount to distribute stress. According to the present invention, a construction method of the reinforced earth block comprises: a material preparation step of preparing a reinforced earth block having a multipurpose hole filled with a filling aggregate and forming a retaining wall in stacking, and a strip-shaped reinforcement material maintaining a state of surrounding the outer surface of the reinforced earth block to restrict movement of the reinforced earth block; a reinforcement material winding step of placing the strip-shaped reinforcement material to the reinforcement material winding part formed in the reinforcement earth block without being pressed by other adjacent reinforced earth blocks; a block installation step of installing the reinforced earth block having the strip-shaped reinforcement material wound thereon; and a reinforcement material restriction step of restricting an end part of the strip-shaped reinforcement material exposed to the outside of the reinforced earth block.
본 발명에 의한 보강재권취부가 구비된 보강토블록은, 전체 외관을 형성하는 블록몸체와, 상기 블록몸체의 내측에 천공되어 속채움 골재가 채워지는 다수의 다용도홀과, 상기 블록몸체의 좌/우 방향으로 다른 블록몸체와 형합하는 전면요철 및 후면요철과, 상/하 방향으로 적층되는 블록몸체와 서로 끼움 결합하는 끼움돌기및 끼움홈과, 상기 블록몸체의 상부면 일부를 덮고 양단부는 하부방향으로 둘러진 후 후방으로 빠져나가는 띠형보강재의 미끄러짐을 방지하는 슬립방지부와, 상기 띠형보강재가 인접한 다른 블록몸체에 의해 가압되지 않고, 접힘량을 최소화하여 응력을 분산시킨 상태로 둘러지도록 안내하는 보강재권취부를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 보강재권취부가 구비된 보강토블록의 시공방법은, 뒤채움골재가 채워지는 다용도홀이 형성되고 적층시 옹벽을 형성하는 보강토블록과, 상기 보강토블록의 외면을 두른 상태를 유지하여 보강토블록의 움직임을 제한하는 띠형보강재를 준비하는 자재준비단계와, 상기 보강토블록에 형성된 보강재권취부에 띠형보강재를 위치시켜 인접한 다른 보강토블록에 의해 가압되지 않은 상태로 둘러지게 하는 보강재권취단계와, 상기 띠형보강재가 권취된 보강토블록을 설치하는 블록설치단계와, 상기 보강토블록의 외측으로 노출된 띠형보강재의 단부를 구속하는 보강재구속단계로 이루어진다.
