Method of construction reinforcement block having a groove for winding reinforcement
An objective of the present invention is to provide a construction method of a reinforced earth block having a reinforcing member winding unit to stably wind a band-type reinforcing member. According to the present invention, the construction method of a reinforced earth block having the reinforcing member winding unit comprises: a material preparing step of preparing a reinforced earth block having a multipurpose hole filled with backfilling aggregate and forming a retaining wall when stacked, and a band-type reinforcing member to maintain a state of being wound on the outer surface of the reinforced earth block to limit a movement of the reinforced earth block; a reinforcing member winding step of positioning the band-type reinforcing member on a reinforcing member winding unit formed on the reinforced earth block to wind the band-type reinforcing member without being pressed by another adjacent reinforced earth block; a block installing step of installing the reinforced earth block on which the band-type reinforcing member is wound; and a reinforcing member restricting step of restricting an end of the band-type reinforcing member exposed to the outside of the reinforced earth block. The reinforcing member winding step includes: a reinforcing member placing process of placing the band-type reinforcing member on an inclination guide unit dented to be inclined downwards from the upper surface of the reinforced earth block to be inclined; a reinforcing member penetrating step of positioning the band-type reinforcing member wound to the left/right of the inclination guide unit between a slip prevention protrusion and a lower guide groove of the stacked reinforced earth block; and a reinforcing member accommodating process of accommodating the band-type reinforcing member positioned between the slip prevention protrusion and the lower guide groove in a rear guide unit dented on the upper surface of the reinforced earth block.
본 발명에 의한 보강재권취부가 구비된 보강토블록의 시공방법은, 뒤채움 골재가 채워지는 다용도홀이 형성되고 적층시 옹벽을 형성하는 보강토블록과, 상기 보강토블록의 외면을 두른 상태를 유지하여 보강토블록의 움직임을 제한하는 띠형보강재를 준비하는 자재준비단계와, 상기 보강토블록에 형성된 보강재권취부에 띠형보강재를 위치시켜 인접한 다른 보강토블록에 의해 가압되지 않은 상태로 둘러지게 하는 보강재권취단계와, 상기 띠형보강재가 권취된 보강토블록을 설치하는 블록설치단계와, 상기 보강토블록의 외측으로 노출된 띠형보강재의 단부를 구속하는 보강재구속단계로 이루어지고, 상기 보강재권취단계는, 상기 보강토블록의 상면에서 하측 방향으로 경사지게 함몰된 경사안내부에 띠형보강재를 경사지게 안착하는 보강재안착과정과, 상기 경사안내부의 좌/우측으로 드리워진 띠형보강재를 적층되는 보강토블록의 슬립방지돌기와 하부안내홈 사이에 위치시키는 보강재관통과정과, 상기 슬립방지돌기와 하부안내홈 사이에 위치하는 띠형보강재를 보강토블록의 상면에 함몰된 후방안내부로 수용하는 보강재수용과정을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
