Asphalt Flexible Sand Asphalt Concrete Composition for Pavement and Construction Methods Using Thereof
Provided are a flexible sand asphalt concrete composition and a construction method thereof. The flexible sand asphalt concrete composition of the present invention comprises: with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt, 1,000 to 1,500 parts by weight of fine aggregate; 8 to 15 parts by weight of rubber powder; 10 to 40 parts by weight of a filler; 10 to 30 parts by weight of slaked lime; 1 to 25 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a rubber anti-aging agent; 15 to 40 parts by weight of non-slip particles; 2 to 15 parts by weight of an UV absorbent; 2 to 15 parts by weight of a compatibilizer; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a performance improver. The flexible sand asphalt concrete composition of the present invention has excellent low temperature crack resistance, sliding (friction) resistance, and snow melting effects, prevents water retention by securing excellent surface smoothness during construction, and has an impact absorptivity effect of absorbing an impact during falling of a pedestrian by maximizing the ductility of a material.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 잔골재 1,000 내지 1,500중량부; 고무분말 8 내지 15중량부; 충진제 10 내지 40중량부; 소석회 10 내지 30중량부; 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부; 고무노화방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 논슬립입자 15 내지 40중량부; 자외선 흡수제 2 내지 15중량부; 상용화제 2 내지 15중량부; 안정제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 성능개선제 0.5 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 연성샌드 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 보도용 연성샌드 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 저온균열 저항성, 미끄럼(마찰) 저항성 및 융설효과가 우수하며, 시공 시 우수한 평탄성(surface smoothness)을 확보함으로써 물고임을 방지하고, 재료의 연성을 극대화시켜 보행자의 낙상 시 충격을 어느 정도 흡수하는 충격흡수성을 갖는 효과가 있다.
