Independent water tank panel
The present invention relates to an independent water tank panel, configured to secure structural safety in bulk water tank construction. To this end, the independent water tank panel comprises a panel main body (10), an intaglio column unit (20), a frame column unit (30), and a joint wing unit (40). In the independent water tank panel, the intaglio column unit and the frame column unit are integrally bent on both ends of a panel main body as a single board is bent, and a reinforcing frame is formed by an engagement structure of the intaglio column unit and the frame column unit. Accordingly, independent construction of a water tank can improve filed construction and maintain stable durability. Moreover, concrete is applied in a frame of the frame column unit to integrally form a concrete column unit.
본 발명은 자립식 물탱크 패널에 관련되며, 이때 자립식 물탱크 패널은 단일 판재를 절곡하여 패널본체 양단에 음각기둥부와 형틀기둥부가 일체로 절곡 성형되고, 음각기둥부와 형틀기둥부의 맞물림 조립구조에 의해 보강골조를 형성하므로 물탱크 자립시공에 따른 현장시공성이 우수함과 더불어 내구성이 견고하게 유지되고, 특히 형틀기둥부의 형틀 내에 콘크리트를 타설하여 콘크리트 기둥부를 일체로 형성하므로 대용량 물탱크 시공에 구조적 안전성이 확보되도록 하기 위해 패널본체(10), 음각기둥부(20), 형틀기둥부(30), 접합날개부(40)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
