MODULAR BUILDING ENVELOPE UNIT
The present invention provides a modular exterior unit capable of easily expanding a residential area of a building. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the modular exterior unit includes: a frame formed in a square frame to have an inner space and installed on an outer wall of a building; an outer layer connected to the frame by being installed on an outdoor side of the inner space; an inner layer connected to the frame by being installed on an indoor side of the indoor space; and a hollow layer formed between the inner layer and the outer layer and opened or closed by the inner layer or the outer layer. The frame includes: a lower surface coming into contact with the lower part of the inner layer and the outer layer; an upper surface coming into contact with the upper part of the inner layer; an inclined surface inclined downward by being extended from the upper surface toward the outdoor side; a pair of sides coming into contact with the upper surface, the lower surface, and the inclined surface and coming into contact with the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the inner layer and the outer layer; and a first solar cell changing sunlight to electric energy by being installed on the inclined surface.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 모듈형 외피는 내부공간이 형성되도록 사각 틀 형상으로 구비되어 건축물의 외벽에 설치되는 프레임; 상기 내부공간의 실외측에 위치하여 상기 프레임과 결합하는 외부 레이어와, 상기 내부공간의 실내측에 위치하여 상기 프레임과 결합하는 내부 레이어와, 상기 내부 레이어와 상기 외부 레이어 사이에 형성되어 상기 내부 레이어 또는 상기 외부 레이어에 의해 개방 또는 밀폐되는 중공층을 구비하고, 상기 프레임은 상기 외부 레이어 및 상기 내부 레이어의 하부와 맞대어지는 하면과, 상기 하면과 대응되어 상기 외부 레이어 및 상기 내부 레이어의 상부와 맞대어지는 상면과, 상기 상면에서 실외측 방향으로 연장되어 하 방향으로 기울어진 경사면과, 상기 외부 레이어 및 상기 내부 레이어의 길이방향 양단부와 맞대어지고 상기 상면, 하면 및 경사면과 맞대어지는 한 쌍의 측면과, 상기 경사면에 구비되어 태양광을 전기에너지로 변환하는 제1태양전지를 구비할 수 있다.
